The food was okay nothing to really brag or return for. But the customer service was poor. Once we received the check the prices didn’t match the menu. Once we informed the waitress of the error she stated the prices weren’t updated on the menu and hadn’t been in ten years. She said the prices were automatically programmed in the computer and she couldn’t change them. It was not until I informed her that it should state on the menu that “prices may vary”. We waited almost an hour for her to correct the error and readjust the amount. You would think this would be stated before the customer ordered so there wouldn’t be a surprise or astonishment by the increase in price . My bill originally was some cents short of 100 and adjusted down to 80. For this amount or any amount customer service plus good food equals satisfied customers coming back. In this case inadequate/ inaccurate prices plus poor customer service equals bad reviews and decrease in...

When I walked in the place was empty of customers, outside of a lone Korean couple at a booth in the back and a group in the side room at a bigger table—they seemed to be regulars. It was clear this man worked here and had time to find busy work in lieu of even saying “one moment”. Against my better judgement I waited 15 minutes and went over the menu at the counter a couple of times. Finally I was over being ignored and walked out. As I was walking to my vehicle the same bespectacled man rushed out and yelled to my back “hello! Can I help you?!” 😐
I told him no thank you and went to sogodong (sp), they were...
Read moreAgreed with limited English speaking, but staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Not accustomed to Korean menus, so we were ordering in the blind and got help from the waitress. We thought we ordered some rather smaller items, but they were so large portioned that we each could only eat less than half. One order was leak beef soup that came in a giant bowl, and a vegetable beef and rice in a hot stone bowl. Additionally, they brought eight side dishes of cucumbers, dried shrimp, dried fish, kimchi, mushrooms, mushrooms, Korean pancakes, and something else. This order easily could have fed four. Everything was tasty, and the meat in the rice bowl melted...
