Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Good food and it tastes Awsome! That's about it unfortunately. The ordering model is a complete mess. It's definitely not a create a sandwich your way kinda place, hell even salt and pepper have to be added by you with gas station packs of condements and don't even think about oil and vinegar because it will cost you! It's got potential to be an amazing place but the bussiness model as far as ordering sandwiches goes is severely flawed and ultimately holding it back...

We've been back countless times since my first review and it seems to me they have only gotten worst... Today we sat in the drive thru line for over 5 minutes without ever getting service. We finally just went inside only to ultimately have our order messed up. I really want to see this place succeed but odd ordering set up along with poor management and workers makes that impossible. They need a total overhaul from the top down...

My 5 star rating reflects on my handful of visits in the past. For the record, The Italian Night Club is what I order every single time. It's a solid, flavorful sandwich that is head and shoulders above any sandwich I could get from "the other" sub sandwich franchise. The only reason why I haven't tried anything else is because, I simply can't imagine enjoying a sub sandwich catered to my preferences any more than this one. The dressings that compliment the crisp lettuce, in combination with deli cuts and cheese, in between well baked white bread, always hits the spot.

I will note that my last visit resulted in receiving a product that was not quite up to par as my previous ones. I will mark it down as a fluke, or perhaps an effect correlated with the events over the past year(1/2) or so. It was still enjoyable. In technical terms, however, my Italian N.C. was lacking in...

I need a call from whomever is in charge… the lady whom worked tonight 12/18/2024 in Lake Charles, LA was the rudest person I’ve ever delt with. I’ve never had to create a rude review, but when I called at 8:15pm, when they close at 9pm…. And she was laughing at me saying I was “stupid” for not realizing they close at 7pm…, when everything says 9pm…. Then hangs up on me…. And then continues to actually disconnect the phone to the establishment. (I have receipts) waaaaaay before 9pm…. She should be ashamed. I love Jimmy John’s, but this is just sad and so unprofessional. I even tried to call from a different number for pick up, because my son really loves Jimmy John’s. And it was still disconnected. Very disappointed. They should be ashamed and fired for not delivering freaky fast delivery much less the decency to take...
