Yeung's Lotus Express — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I was at Lotus today and witnessed an incredibly disappointing situation. A customer was patiently waiting in line when someone blatantly skipped ahead of them and acted disrespectfully. What was even more shocking was that the employees saw what happened but chose to ignore it. Instead of addressing the issue or ensuring fair service, they went ahead and served the person who cut the line before the rightful customer.

Other people in line also noticed what happened, yet the staff claimed they didn’t see anything. It was frustrating to watch because good customer service means paying attention to what’s happening and treating everyone fairly. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. Purchased a plate from here and the server made sure to place all the crumbs and juice from the orange chicken all over my plate. No standard sized pieces of orange chicken, only the crumbs.
