I don't really like tipping before I get my service, I also don't like not having a custom amount for the tip. That was my first thought when ordering 50+ bucks in food and drink. They have some cool looking desserts. But there were fruit flies in one of the dessert food cases. I regret tipping because they took forever with our order, and all we got were already prepared desserts and all they had to do was grab them.
