I live in the Dells. And have gone to Qdoba many time’s and the food is great. But the wait is not acceptable. I walked in on Friday night June 25th and the line was to the doors. There were three girls working. One on the register, one who you could tell was in training and one doing the cooking and making of the food. We waited almost 45 minutes to order. And waited another 10 minutes to get our food. On a Friday night there should be at least 5 to 6 people working the night shift. When you have people walking out after waiting for 45 minutes to an hour to even order. Besides the call in order the delivery orders. I seen 3 people waiting outside for their orders that came in and canceled their orders. At least 10 people walked out. I’m not blaming the employees this is all on management for not scheduling enough people. I will be calling the corporate office. I’m pretty sure the girl who took our order was named Megan. She was unbelievable and so nice to everyone in the pressure she was under. She deserves a raise and more help so she’s not left doing it all herself. Not saying the other people weren’t doing anything. But they were limited because of lack of training. But they did help as much as they could. Great job to the workers. To management get...
Read moreSooo to start off, food was actually kinda good. But what I didn’t enjoy very much was the attitude of the employees. They don’t seem welcoming at all. Rude for no reason. My boyfriend ordered food but it was the first time we’ve ever been there so we weren’t sure what to get, I was going to ask an employee what is good there but they kept giving us looks. And after everything the lady kept adding she’s like “is that it?” And she only served one bowl even tho we asked for 2 and she’s like “is this actually all your getting” in such a rude tone and I repeated what he had said. We tried getting sodas and my boyfriend didn’t know what to get but the lady seem to want to rush him so I told her he’d like the same I’m getting. Afterwards he asked nicely “Can we eat in the building” the worker right away gave him a glare and said “NO” but keep in mind it was only 8:38 so we start walking out and we see a couple eating in and that made my night even more upset bc the door clearly says the place doesn’t close until 10pm. Get better...
Read moreNot sure what happened to this Qdoba in the past few months, but it has seriously declined. The past few times I've gone there have been horrible, but I kept telling myself they just had a bad day. The employees either don't say anything to you, and you're just talking to yourself, or they ask "is that all?" after every little thing you ask to be added to your food. It's also been super trashed, not only by the soda machine, but the entire food counter. It's like they don't wipe or clean anything between customers. The past few times there has been cheese, onions, and various other food smeared all over the counter, and the employees just slide your food all along the mess as they're making your food. And they don't seem to care that they drop/mix food together in the bins, which is gross if you don't like certain things in your food. I understand the craziness of working in the food industry in the Dells during busy times, but customers would rather wait an extra two minutes if it means the...
