I have always been a fan of this mcdonalds but the last three times the order was short and extremely wrong. I would check at window the order because when I pulled away the first time I parked went in brought the bags and receipt I hadn't even left the parking lot. I was literally accused of lying to get free food. I had to wait and no matter who I talked to a Spanish speaking barely any English (I'm part spanish) who served me which I'm willing to just get what I paid for without.pointing fingers which I never did while I can hear the co worker say that's the third order in an hour u forgot to put their food in the bag. So not wanting to say see I told u so I politely asked for.the missing food since it was a big order I waited and wasnt treated nicely. Because sometimes in life there maybe reasons not really connected to myself that may have been the result of this particular episode. Since I have always had the best service I decided to just say we all have our days. Then a few weeks later it happened again with same.women who said and I quote " look I got it right it's all there now dont hild up the line" pretty good English for a few.weeks back seemed unable to understand let alone speak english. I dont speak spanish though I wish I did that would be a plus in life. So again I had to go in small order this time and once again I stood there being accused of lying to get free food. I'm thinking I didnt even leave drive thru but was told to leave that she put everything in bag wouldnt take my bag or.look at.receipt bu this time two employees were there stating the order right. Ok I have eaten crow lots of times before but I literally was in the drive through with receipt and the food bags only had the top been opened looked.through she could see but yet I was told to leave. Ok it's not just a bad day the third time driving with my sisters driving and same scenerio an entire meal wasnt there there we were for half an hour before anyone came.to over to see what's happening. That's it to be treated like we were stealing food but to be able to prove it was paid for. Problem is the clocks ticking and getting customers up and through the line in a real fast and its showing on the quality of service where the most important reason of going there is food. Just because theres a speedy no wait no matter how crowded the customer service is lacking and the food has gone down hill nothing ever tastes fresh anymore. I'd rather wait in line for the mcdonalds food that is so loved than to pushed through then discarded like trash with poor quality of food and I dont blame the employees really they probably need a job and it's the management that needs to come to the conclusion the employees are doing what is required of them through the mangement rules set before them. They may themselves feel that it's not working this way theres a better solution . So in my not good review maybe something will change for the better....

Twice in the past few months I ordered a diet Coke with extra ice. (It's one of their few menu options that's the same price as all the other McDonalds). Both times they put in very little ice (it's over 90°today), and both times they topped it with regular Coke instead of diet Coke. I'm not diabetic, so it's not a big deal, besides taste and needing to go get another one, but if I was diabetic this could be life threatening.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Overcharge galore. Lousy management. Terrible food in comparison to other stores.
By far the worst McDonald's. Service seems friendly, but they're just smiling as they hand out terrible food.
Was way over charged. Corporate office told me franchises can set their own prices. McGriddles for my sons are 2 for $5 at other locations. Here, $8.58. Hash browns should be $1 each. This location charged almost $8 for 5. Sausage and egg biscuits should be $2.59 or. 79, they were almost $4.50 each.
Ordered hash browns well done. Asked for them to be crispy at the window. Server verified they'd be crispy with the manager. I had to wait for them to be made "fresh" in a parking spot. I left the hash brown bag open to make sure they didn't get soft or mushy on the way home (as I always do). Got home. Floppy, mushy, greasy, gross hash browns. I don't have the facts to back this up, but it seems like they took cooked hash browns and stuck them back in the fryer to make them well done. That's the only reason I can think they came out greasy and soggy.
Pies are always past the time stamp. If you ask for a replacement they just give you a pie without a time stamp sticker. Hmm..
It's shocking how much worse this location is compared to any of the other stores in...
Read moreOrdered breakfast for my family while on a road trip to fuel up. My son liked the sausage, so I went back to order another. Ordered the extra side of it. Waited 10 min. Went up to ask about it. Waited patiently another 5 min while they got everyone’s food out, because it was busy, and I could tell they were hustling. A woman who was putting the food out came by so I said “excuse me,” to ask about my food. Got ignored, and she walked away. Thought- ok it’s probably loud back there, maybe she didn’t hear me. She came back “excuse me!” Louder this time. Nothing. I’m laughing now. So are the people around me. I shout it again as she walks by- nothing. The guy at the register looked at me, but was helping several others and couldn’t come over. My husband came up and said we had to get going to get back in the road. We just left, without the food that I paid for, and a sad kid. I honestly don’t think I’ve been ignored like that before in my life. There were a lot of people coming up to her with issues, and the kid at the register seemed new, so I’m sure she was in her own hell. It doesn’t matter that i’ll Never be back here again since we live no where near here. Thousands and thousands of people will still go here, I’m sure some have/will had similar experiences. I’ve just never been...
