The service here is horrible. I’ve only been here a few times, starting week of the 4th of July. A few times I d gone I’ve been stuck in the drive through for 20-30 minutes, and my drinks were often wrong and inconsistent, usually having to be remade. I thought this was because of the holiday and the surge of people that were in town, but my experience yesterday showed me what’s really going on. I placed an online order (I got one cold brew coffee) at 10:12, and arrived at the store at 10:27. I ended up standing there for 22 minutes (37 minutes after the order had been placed) before I got my drink. When I walked into the store there were two people standing at the counter having a conversation about how bad the service is and how long they had been waiting - they were deliberately being loud about their frustrations. No one working seemed to care. Out of the several employees who were there not a single one greeted me, no one addressed the group in front of me (who eventually walked out), or explained they were busy or having difficulties, or that there would be a wait. I decided while I was waiting that I would reload my card (I wish now I hadn’t), the only reason I was even able to get this done was because I asked someone, not because anyone offered help. After I had been there for about 10 minutes, someone finally came up to me and asked if I had been given my drink yet. I said no and she had the audacity to complain to me that no one there does any work and then walked away. She did this to me twice. Clearly she doesn’t do any work, either. When I finally got my drink (only because I complained) it was wrong. When I let them know my drink was wrong I was met with such an attitude that I didn’t bother to have them remake it- I didn’t see the point so I walked out. Still, there was no apology, no explanation or any attempt by anyone to make my experience better.
There’s absolutely no excuse for service like this. I’ll be going back to my...
Read moreWent there the other day looking for cinnamon rolls. They had one left but it was labeled as coffee cake. I had to ask the clerk/server if it was a cinnamon rolls. He said "yeah". I saw donuts next to the cinnamon role and they were labeled as "apple fritters". I asked what kind of donuts they were and was informed "blueberry". The clerk removed both labels and tossed them on the floor. My wife asked whats inside the cinnamon rolls and the clerk responded "glaze". She was inquiring of any special or non specific cinnamon rolls ingredients such as raisins, pecans etc. During the contact the clerk mainly had his back to us, was very monosylabic and seemed dismissive. His body language conveyed more then a lack of interest and actually seemed as if he was perturbed or bothered by our questions. I dont know if this was a typical type service for Lake Havasu but I sure as .... aren't going back to THAT Dunkin donuts again. Oh and the blueberry donuts were ok and the cinnamon...
Read morethe place was clean and most of the staff was courtecious. One employee who stacks her hair on top of her head was one of the rudest people I have met. She made snide remarks under breath, which flared me even more than her rudeness. She needs some coustomer skills training or just find another job. The other two were very nice (tall male & other female). Who wants coffee with cream & sugar added for you without finiding out how much of either or both. Well I guess this rude little girl though that's the way to do it. We asked for it on the side when ordered, but obviously she didn't pay attention when I said on the side again as she was walking away. Yes this irritated me to no end. I have been in customer service positions for over 50 years and this little girl is unacceptable. I would recommend you try it .. the coffee is terrible! I don't even know what kind of cream or milk she used. The donuts are great and the menu looked...
