Del Taco — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Did an online order. Upon arriving at the window I'm told that its $18.54. I replied, "NO, it's prepaid online order". After a few moments I was told your order will be right out. A couple of minutes later, I am handed a fiesta pack. To which I tell them there's more to this order. They looked at me like I was crazy, shut the window. While waiting for rest of my order I look in the fiesta pack to discover that it was not correct. 3 soft tacos, 3 hard tacos and 6 green burritos add onion is what I ordered. I recieved 6 soft tacos and 6 red burritos. I brought this to their attention and was treated like I was a huge inconvenience. Finally I get the rest of my food, hard burritos and green burritos (no onion), chili cheese fries (requested no sour cream and extra chili sauce) add jalapeños (Not there) and nachos. I didn't realize the details had been overlooked until I got home. I have to admit for the money I paid for my food I am very unhappy. Not sure what the problem was but I'm not sure i will be returning...

Update:6/16/2022- Thank you for making food for first responders. The fish tacos were fantastic.

Update: 5/19/2022. My husband returned yesterday against my better judgment. The shrimp in the tacos were burned. The crust was unacceptable. That was it for me. I wanted to take pictures, but I was fed up.

Pay attention. My husband came in from working at the hospital. First, the First Responders offer was not presented. Second, he did not ask for Cheesecake Rolls. Listen. He asked you about the Donut Bites. Once he arrived home, guess what was in the bag? It was not donut bites that’s for sure. He should have checked the bag yes; but you should have listened. Last night, there were no problems. The staff was fantastic. What happened overnight? The food was great that’s why I added a star. Have a great evening. He likes them....

Ok let me be clear this review was for the last time I went there.

Thursday morning around 4:30 am I get off work and place a pick up order online as my son and I had to head to phx for some doctors appointments and we wanted something to eat.

I work graveyard and Del taco has been our go to so early in am.

Well I place my order online and drive the very short distance from where I work to restaurant.

Lights are on drive through board is lite. I pull in and I wait nothing. I say hello nothing. I pull to window and nothing waited a few minutes nothing.

Well I cxl my ordered and left. Very disappointed that no where on the web site said closed nor anyplace else.
