First off I'd like to say that all these low ratings are trash. One guy complained about the pickles that he couldn't recognize as pickles in his spread. One girl gave a one star because they changed the peppers to banana peppers. Another gave a one star because for the first time in 30 years upcoming to In-N-Out is order was wrong. What the fudge is wrong with people. The guy who didn't know what was in his burger should have went back into the restaurant and showed an employee. The girl who hates banana peppers should go talk to corporate office. I hope the guy who got the order wrong went back inside got the stuff he was missing. I've always had a great experience at every In-N-Out Burger that I've gone to. I am happy to see that Havasu in and out burger has hired someone over 25. Vicky took my order today and I believe I spelled that name wrong I apologize Vicky. But it is a breath of fresh air to have someone who is of more mature age. She is delightful friendly and is clearly adapting to an environment. I would caution her fellow workers to have a little nicer tone when they're reminding her of something she's forgetting. To the customer the way the other employee said in what sounded like a loud and sarcastic voice are you forgetting something. Then he said you need to call out grill the onions the minute someone says grilled onions. Dude just say please don't forget to call out the grilled onions. No need to ask are you forgetting something or all this other stuff. It's a fast moving line for the cooks. Remind your cashier of what you need nicely. As always my food was delicious and I do get quite a few customizations. The restroom was sparkling clean although it was very hot in there it felt like I was behind the grill. It wasn't that cold today. I will say everything is slower in Havasu. The other day I went through the drive-thru at this same In-N-Out Burger and it took 30 minutes to get a milkshake a triple triple with animal style fries and a double-double. We were the only people in the drive-thru. I told the people I was with I was not going to go through the drive-thru and that we had to go inside because it takes forever. We rolled up and there was not a single car so we went through the drive-thru. The food was fresh and delicious as usual. Vicky keep it up. I was really inspired to write this because she was so...
Read moreI have been an avid in n out customer for years. I love the changes they have made with the soda fountain being touchless. Even when inflation hit a cheeseburger use to cost $2.80 almost 7 years ago and in that time it's only gone up 50¢. The consistency is there at every in n out location I've ever been to. But. This location in Havasu is just a little less prestigious as the others. Employees seem a little lethargic altho their customer service is still at corporate standards minus the napkin holder being empty and the trash full, but most of all.... HOLY FLIES! I have never seen this many flies in a restaurant in my life! In n out has always been great about insect control but this location is at the point where I took time out of my day to write the review of how horrible the flies are! There are way to many and despite the fly trap up and working they still have tons of them, really ruined my experience today, but the flies might be out of their control they are taking the proper precautions with the fly trap but the front door does not close properly so the keep flying in. Someone should have the spring on...
Read moreStopped by this In n Out twice while visiting Lake Havasu (2/12 and 2/15). I’m a California native who relocated to Colorado several years ago (a state that only has a couple of these and none in my area). I have to say, this location has the best and most organized drive through I have EVER experienced. Despite 7 or 8 cars each time we visited, the order, payment and food pick up were well organized and FAST...Not something I typically expect from an In n Out, where California wait times are typically 15 to 20 minutes, and often your car is halfway in the street because they haven’t figured out that the drive through lines are going to be long, so they don’t allow ample space for them. Also, the staff here was friendly and professional. I only noted the one name tag of “Diana” who handed the food to me and asked me if I wanted Ketchup. The manager and staff here should be applauded. We don’t eat fast food a lot, but In n Out is typically worth the waits we’ve come to expect. You don’t need to worry about that here, they are...
