13 of us went in there last night, first off our server was absolutely horrible felt like we were an inconvenience being there being such a large group. She made us feel rushed while ordering our drinks, me and my husband praise this place and it was our other family members first time eating there. We sat at the large table to the Left when you walk in it fit us all but there is no way it would fit all of our food. My brother brought another table and put it towards the end so we could spread apart and have enough room for our pizzas and food. Our already rude server came and told us we are not aloud to have an extra table that the manager would be very mad. My brother asked if he could speak with the manager and explain to him his reasoning by moving the table. The manager rushed around the corner already in a bad mood and said in a loud rude voice “ you are not aloud to move tables, my brother asked why? We have a larger group and we wanted to feel comfortable when we got our food, he replied we just did the floors and it’s against fire code” mind you there was plenty of space at the other end for people to get in and out of. He then said I can move you guys to those 2 separate tables but you guys won’t be able to sit together!! Ummm that’s kind of the whole point going to dinner as a family, the manager was trying to pull the table back all while my niece who was in a high chair seat was still sitting at that extra table. Had no regard that a child was sitting there my sister had to say hold on there’s a child here!! He was just so mad and was not paying attention! Never again will we go there or recommend it. That “now” manager has worked at that establishment for a long time but he has grown to have no respect for people and very clearly seems like he does not like his job and has no happiness for what role he has!! Find a new manager and server!! You’re supposed to be greeted and feel welcomed at a restaurant not a burden! Red Robin for the WIN!! They accommodated our large group with happiness, did not make us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience!!! Red Barons food is great but customer service is key and they just don’t have...
Read more1st time eating and ordering delivery .Paid $53.73 that's including a 15% tip for larger pizza with 3 toppings and 12 wings 1 side of ranch 1 side of blue cheese thats all . When I called to place the order the total was 44.11. I was good with that because I was thinking ok they added tip and delivery fee. But when delivery person got here and gave me the receipt it did not have my order on it just a total of 44.11 when I ask for the receipt of my order she had to go back to her car to get it and she did not want me to see it and took it with her. I paid for a large 14inc 3 toppings pizza got a med 12inc and charged 1.00 each for dipping sauce for the wings that have should been free with wings. When I call back to ask about my order because the total was on the high side when I got the pizza . The worker kept telling me that I must of been looking at there Big Bear City menu I was looking at . No I said it's Havasu City next to IHOP. And your menu online and he told me that they didn't have a online menu just Facebook. I told him yes you do and I am not on Facebook. was orver charged the prices that was on the menu was not whatI paid it was much higher. Also was told that built your own 3 toppings pizza costs more then a specialty pizza with 6 or more toppings not sure way. I was charged for a large got a med pizza if the food was great I would have over look everything. But it was like eating pizza hut. If you are changing that much for pizza you should have a better website. My family always try to support local businesses. But experiences like this is making it harder and harder too. Hope your business will learn from this and maybe have a better website. I have a guy that will fix your site and not over charge if you need someone might do it for free . Maybe will give you guys a try in a...
Read moreOrdered a small RBW special pizza, mango habonero boneless wings and an antipasto salad. As far as the food goes, it was good. The pizza reminded me of a place called patrillos back home in L.A. The boneless wings could have had a little more sauce but they weren't bad. The antipasto salad looked really good but it wasn't for me. The least of my experience was the atmosphere inside. I was only inside for a take out but the noise level was too much for me. I get the game night stuff but I'm not a sports fan and this would be a huge turn off for me. The occupancy was about half. The service, once I figured out where to go to pay and collect my order, (I entered from what I think was the front, facing the highway) was friendly and quick. I would definitely consider another visit for take out only if you want to avoid high...
