This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I placed an order on 3/28/25 at 6:55 PM with a 35-minute wait time. After waiting at home for 20 minutes, I drove to the store only to be told it would be another hour before my order was ready. When I asked to cancel, I was told it was already in the oven. I ended up waiting in the store for 56 more minutes and didn’t get home until 8:22 PM. The woman at the register apologized and said she would add a $10 credit to my account, but that credit was never applied.
When I finally got home, I discovered that my pepperoni pizza had been replaced with a supreme pizza—something I don’t eat. I had to throw it away and had breadsticks for dinner instead.
Since that night, I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut through their customer service chat three times, emailed, and submitted their online complaint form—all with delayed response. The message was sent to the store manager, Teresa, who hasn't taken a customer service course in her life.
When I spoke with Teresa today, she was shockingly rude. She cut me off, told me “if you bring the pizza back, I’ll refund you,” and claimed there was no one above her at Pizza Hut. She offered no help, no apology, and no accountability.
This isn’t about the $15—I could have let it go. It’s about being completely ignored, disrespected, and treated like my time and experience didn’t matter. Pizza Hut clearly does not care about their customers. Their staff can’t fulfill basic orders, and their “support” channels are just black holes.
I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they don’t deserve the business.

Pizza’s were not cooked correctly and all looked exactly the same and when we questioned the waiter he told us “I’m not the cook I don’t know anything about your pizza” couldn’t get refills on any of our drinks couldn’t get pizza’s made the way we ordered them even though we were the ONLY dine in people in the restaurant! There was several dead roaches and flies in the women’s restroom and toilet was disgusting! My granddaughters had to hold it until we could get to the nearest Bucee’s. I called the manager the next day because my brother had spend almost $80 on dinner and either we couldn’t eat it because it was raw or because it wasn’t what he ordered. My family has been in the Lake Jackson area over 40 years but the manager swore he could not match a single phone number I gave to him (which was 17 different family members phone numbers) to be able to give any kind of credit on the disaster we were given. The manager did not care about the women’s restroom he had no concern how his waiter told us “WE ARE BUSY…YOUR DRINKS NEED TO WAIT A FEW MINUTES” among other outrageous comments came from this young man’s mouth. And in the end of this conversation the manager I’m sure gave himself a pat on his back that he lied his way to giving a paying customer nothing for terrible service and wrong orders and a filthy restaurant. Next I will go up to someone higher that just might care what the name PIZZA HUT stands for and I hope to close down the one in Lake Jackson or at least get a little better management because this one...

The waiter seemed ither new to the company or new to serving all together as he didnt know much at all. We ordered 2 coronas. Came back said they were out. Ok 2 budlights. Came back they were out of that to. Instead of telling us what else we could order he just simply said all they had was light beer and that was it. Red flag. So we took the lights and he brought us just the bottle. Didnt offer it dressed or not and didnt even open the bottle. When we asked for a bottle opener he said he didnt have one. Idk how we were suppose to drink the beer as we couldn't open them. We asked some questions about the menu he couldn't answer and said their menu was limited. At that point we just walked out. No food. No beer. No reason to stay. And not one person was sitting in there but us. No business. Sorry but they can keep their unopened light beer and limited menu's. We went else where
Only updating my review because I decided to give this place another chance. Went today and got the honk service as this is the time of the virus outbreak. We were greeted by kaesha and she was so sweet. I really enjoyed my service from her and the fact I actually got to taste the food this time.... it's pretty god. The pizza was cooked perfectl .
