Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Stevens

Hands down the WORST fast food establishment we’ve ever been to, each and every time we try to go here for food. This time was the final try. Customer service was awful, the child working the drive thru greeted us with a “hello??” like we were disrupting him. We got our first order within 2 minutes and checked it considering every time in the past they’ve gotten it wrong, shocker.. they got it wrong again. Told the grumpy child working the window we were missing a quesadilla and he rolled his eyes and said hold on. Waited another 4-5 minutes and he handed us a full bag and he said they made the whole order again, I looked inside the bag and sure enough, still no quesadilla. I told him again and his eyes rolled to the back of his head. At this point he unplugged the monitor tracking our wait time because it was getting to 10 minutes. Finally, he throws the bag out the window at me, no apology or acknowledging anything and slams the window. There was actually a quesadilla inside the bag but by the time we got home, we opened all the food and noticed they got 3/5 of our other items wrong and the quesadilla wasn’t even cut lol. This is the biggest joke of a place, I don’t know how they have 3 stars, but we will definitely drive 15 minutes out of our way if we ever want Taco Bell again because we will never come back to this horrible one.

Don’t waste your time with hopes you will have a better or even decent experience because this place is ran by children who could care less about doing their jobs and working. Obviously management doesn’t care either considering this has been an issue for others for a long time and they can’t seem to get their employees to actually do...

Fraud. Employee was only person who touched my debit card in months, stole image of my card. Woke to unauthorized Walmarts orders with several repeated attempts. Called Walmart, Bank to reverse. New card issued. Charge at Taco Bell was incorrect. Should of known. Called this store. No answer to phone. Our second visit in a week. First visit was SO rude, had to ask for manager. DO NO GO HERE. I should have police visit, but I know better. Cameras inside, let's roll the film. . Calls to manager, a shrug. Call to District Zum brands, let's see. Silence so far.

Three weeks latter Mon 14 Aug, 2023. Got tip from former employee, cameras are deliberately disabled. Have tried to call CEO of Yum, number shown for corporate does not work. Called help line for Taco Bell, and put on endless hold, after long chat weeks ago. They are ghosting me.

Called Local TV and radio, not done yet, after going into store to see manager. Manager was horribly mean and totally dismissive. Just said: 'OH, its you!' when I came in. Staff made disapproving faces. This place is rotten. I am well spoken and correct. They refuse to even hear me for one minute. NO one touched my card for months. Discipline and warnings need to be given. I was recruited by State Department for top intel. I am the wrong person to want to...

I placed 2 mobile orders through the Taco Bell app at 11:17 am. When I arrived to pick up my order the drive thru was blocked off. I parked and was going to go in to get my order because their sign said they were open. As I was walking to go in, a woman that works there got out of her car and said that they would be closed for 30 minutes. I waited in my car for 30 minutes then tried to go back in to find the doors locked. I waited outside for 10 minutes when finally 2 guys that work there came to the door and were extremely rude. One guy said “so what’s going on, did you have a mixup with your order or what” I explained to him that I had 2 mobile orders that I was here to pick up. He goes oh and starts smiling and turns back to the other guy and starts laughing. The guy behind him is laughing and goes “yeah well we will be back open soon”. I was in the middle of explaining to them that if they were going to be closed for a certain amount of time they should have shut down their mobile orders. I couldn’t even finish what I was saying before they were laughing and closed the door on me and walked away. I waited in my car about another 20 minutes and no one opened the restaurant. I eventually left after waiting over an hour total without my orders and am extremely upset. This place is a joke and corporate will...
