Tortilla was burned. Drink order messed up. Staff rude, granted it was late but still. Missing cinnamon twists in both boxes, if they were out they could have just told us. Nacho fries were cold right out of the box.
UPDATE (Literally a year later): I had to bring it down to one star unfortunately. We thought we'd give this location a go again tonight and ended up getting so frustrated we just went home with no food. We initially pulled into the drive thru, ordered the new nacho grande box with no sour cream. Cashier said it doesn't come with sour cream (We could literally see the giant glob on the picture but I digress - figured maybe she means they're out). So then we pull up to the window, pay but no receipt is given and we figure well maybe with the food she'll give it to us. So after waiting about 13 minutes and listening to the cashier literally sigh a ton and stare around bored looking she finally gives us our food. Husband checks the box and it's a totally different meal that's not even offered on the menu, I think it was one of their older $5 box options. By this time the line behind us was very long so we figured we'll pull around let them know at the speaker so they have time to make the box, again we say no sour cream - she says okay. We get up to the window finally and give her the wrong box back and wait. Finally we're given the correct box and guess what? There was the sour cream that it supposedly didn't come with. Now I'm not a huge complainer but sometimes things just have to be figured out correctly. So husband laughs and say "hey sorry but no sour cream please". Girl looks confused and takes box back and we wait again. Finally the correct box arrived and husband requests a receipt because she never gave us one in the first place. She literally doesn't say anything. Just kinda fumbles around until Nancy (manager on duty) says "I can give you a random receipt but we never printed one because you didn't ask" I honestly wasn't aware I needed to ask for a receipt but offering me a random one from the stack on the counter seems a little unprofessional. We tell them no one asked if we wanted it and then ask if they can maybe look it up, give her the order details and the last four digits. Nancy says no we don't do that here and begins getting upset. I understand it's late and you might have had a bad day but seriously? We just got off work too and we weren't even being rude, it was simply a question. So then we just requested a refund because we had waited all that time and half our food was cold in the literal 39 minutes we spent waiting on them. Nancy then says she processes the return and refuses a copy of the return receipt. Briefly shows us it and says we can't have a copy, closes the window. Well Nancy just charged us twice. During night, almost every time I order the beef Crunchwrap combo and add black beans, I don't get my beef. Whoever made it April 3, 9:30ish PM, thank you for getting this right. You're awesome. Whoever is working tonight (April 5, 9:30ish) is probably the one person that can't follow simple directions. Where does anything say "no beef?" Like even the other BEEF crunchy taco that's not part of the combo doesn't have beef in it. Read moreNever had a bad experience at this location until today . The last time I went there, they screwed up my order, usually not an issue, they fix it the next time I go. Tonight the manager on duty, asked if I called about the order.... yesss but the problem w this place they don't like to answer (just like the one on archer smh) he was very rude and saying I should have kept calling ummmm excuse me ? He also said well I wasn't Here so it wasn't me so I'm not remaking it . I paid for something that had simple directions just fix my order.... he also didn't wana tell me the store managers name and told me to call in the morning and just talk to whoever answers.... um right so they can NOT pick up the phone again.
