I had the pleasure of dining at Coaches Sports Bar & Grill, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, Adriane delivered impeccable service. As both server and bartender, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Her recommendations were on point, and she managed the floor with genuine hospitality that made the experience feel personal and top-tier.
The culinary highlight of the night came from the kitchen, where Chef Erika absolutely nailed every plate. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You could truly taste the passion and attention to detail in each dish.
When great service meets great food, the result is unforgettable—and that’s exactly what Adriane and Erika delivered. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just looking for a fantastic meal in the area, this team sets the standard.
Thank you both for a memorable...
Read moreI understand it being a holiday and all, but seemed like sufficient staff for the crowd, if not, why not just close? No. Of their numerous TVs they had 3 set to ESPN News, the others set to WGN news and BET on. We asked that the game be put on. She has no idea. None of the customers seemed to care or be interested.
The waitress disappeared. Never took our drink order. We left and went across to the Hyatt where we had much better and attentive service. Smaller menu but made up for it with the right type...
Read moreWe walked in this restaurant only to be blatantly discriminated against. My best friend and I sat ourselves down as the sign directed us to upon entering. A waiter walked over to us and said it's to go only you have to walk up to the bar to order. We are women of color. Two white women walked in behind us and was immediately seated and their sit down service started. There was 4 people sitting at the bar eating and being served. We attempted to order only to be told what we wanted they were sold out of. We asked a couple of other questions and to avoid a scene and to look more stupid in front of the people eating and being served, we walked out.
Yea, Coaches, y'all really need to do better! Not cool. Sorry I can't offer a suggestion on the food, they wouldn't...
