I went today to this McDonald's and I am very offended not just for myself, but also my little brother. We were in the playplace area for about 5 minutes. I overheard this mom talking to a worker and she said "There's a boy in there who seems way older and that's not safe for my child." The worker then responded with "some kids just don't understand" and she pointed out my brother by saying "I see him right there, in the net." Their comments hurt because my brother is overweight. I know, but no, he is not 14 or 15, he is 12. The rules do say that kids have to be 12 and under. The fact that they didn't think he should be in there without knowing his age or anything, is absurd. They just knew what they saw, and all they saw was some boy that looked big. He's not old and he shouldn't be judged for his weight, especially not at a children's place like this. I used to love this place, honestly. But now this place just sickens me. I'm glad he said he wanted to go home on his own because after I heard all of this, I didn't want to tell him that we had to leave because some people believe that he is putting others' lives in danger by playing in...
Read moreOrdered 10 chicken tenders. When I got my order I asked for some BBQ sauce because none was provided and the server told me it would be 25 cents. Surprised, I paid the dollar (which I did not see go into the register) and asked where that policy was posted (because I did not see it displayed anywhere). She said it wasn't posted anywhere. Asked to see the manager, and when "Liz" came over, she confirmed it was the store policy and that it was not posted anywhere in the store. Asked for the store number and she said the Franchise belonged to Randy and that she could not give the store or Franchise number. Felt "Liz" was pretty rude because she was rolling her eyes as we spoke. So the store has a policy where they charge a surcharge for certain items that are not posted anywhere to whomever they want, which may or may not make it into the register. Seems pretty shady and like profiling to me. Then they are pretty rude when you ask about the policy and for store info. "Randy" can roll the tape if he doesn't believe me, 9/11 @ 1854 was my...
