So I've actually been here once before. It was during my own bad circumstances, so I decided not to review it since I did not feel it was fair. So here we are again. Giving it a shot under fair circumstances. Unfortunately, "fair" did not mean it "fared" well. I ordered their pork belly ramen with came in a chicken broth topped with the pork belly of course, but also some cabbage, half an egg, green onion, and some seaweed. We'll start with the noodles themselves. Simply put, they were disappointing. Advertised as "Japanese egg noodles" (ramen noodles are typically not egg noodles), they were simply reminiscent of the flash fried instant ramen noodles. The toppings were also not the best. The egg was half of a hard boiled, un-marinated disappointment. The pork belly, while tender, was dry and charred, imparting a bitter flavor. And then the rest of the vegetables were thoughtlessly thrown on top of the bowl. I will say they do give you quite a bit of pork belly which is nice. And then finally the broth. Extremely one note. Didn't really have any depth of flavor. They don't tell you on the menu what it's seasoned with, but it tasted to me of miso. All that being said, it wasn't bad per se. Just not particularly good. Overall, while I'm happy I gave this place a second chance, I do not think...

My gf and I thought exactly the same as this comment from 6 months ago... the noodles were from like instant ramen packs, the broth was not even one note but tasted like it was reheated.. And all the veggies didnt seem fresh at all and just randomly thrown onto the bowl. And the ramen was charged like 16.99~17.99...
Honestly we came to this restaurant because of the general positive reviews... but we are very disappointed. If someone commented about the food 6 months ago and we are commenting the same now, it should say something about the restaurant. We sincerely hope others would take our feedback for...
Read moreI cannot recommend this place enough. This has always been my #1 ramen place to get delivered and tonight really solidified my loyalty to the restaurant. I ordered through UberEats and my delivery driver for some reason marked the order has delivered before it was even picked up. Through an entire debacle with UberEats, UE support mentioned that Kameya Ramen asked me to contact them directly. I was confused, because I was already fully refunded for the order through UE and thought that was the end of it but I did anyway. The owner of Kameya insisted on still delivering my meal to me personally even though it was close to 10pm and I was their last order. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've received in the restaurant business yet.
I will always come back to Kameya and I will always recommend them to my friends visiting from out of town. Not only is the food truly delicious, but the owners really do care about...
