If I could rate a -1 star I would. My family and I waited all season to visit this place only to be greeted with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! The greeter Mason, had a horrible attitude and talked to us very rudely. And when the other staff tried to help, with more pleasant attitudes, he PURPOSELY INTERCEPTED AND CONTINUED TO BE EVEN MORE RUDE AND NASTY WITH US AS WE WERE ONLY ASKING QUESTIONS OF THE PROCESS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS, taking pictures of decor ( in which he never answered). He finally seated us BY THE FRONT DOOR, THAT WAS literally BEING HELD OPEN BY SECURITY STAFF for long minutes at a time. We were freezing cold and our food would be cold (due to the cold winds coming in) once it arrived. Therefore, I went back to the staff at the door and asked for a manager. Mason once again, rudely says, she not available and was refusing to get her for us. A bar server, I asked, she obliged and to told me she’s going to get the manager for me. The manager walk up with instant attitude as well, I spoke very professional and was very professional the entire time from the time I walked in there. Meanwhile, I expressed to the manager the poor customer service we were receiving also adding that her customer service is just TERRIBLE considering how she approached me. She literally said to me “ok, is that all”? I said no ma’am, that’s not all, I would like my family and I to be seated away from the door but your attitude is just as bad as your staff, so it makes sense now. She said ok u can go sit there and jus walked off. So now our server is on her way to us but I guess she had already been previously talked to by manager before hand because she came over, super feisty, unpleasant and unprofessional, (no introduction of her name just asked what we were having)…… We really wanted a happy experience of Santa baby bar, so we just tried OUR HARDEST TO ignore all THE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIORS at this point (and I hated to have to do so). My family and I really were excited to try the drinks and take pictures with decor. We simply did not appreciate the fact we patronized this business and was treated so harshly. We only sat for 50 minutes, our tab was $300, the drinks were pretty great , THE DECOR WAS GREAT AND THAT IS ALL I HAVE GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE PLACE. They literally made our 1st time here, a complete UTTER & total disgrace. One of the worst food outings EVER for us!!!!!!!! It’s so unfortunate, Santa bar comes only ONCE A YEAR and this SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THE EXPERIENCE. I will never ever go back here, nor will I recommend this place to anyone, not even to a dog. MASON door staff, BRITTANY waitress, and the MANAGER WHO GAVE A FAKE NAME (Ricky), (she was very short, looks Mexican and/or Italian, long straight jet black hair a very small build). The PRETTIEST PLACE WITH THE UGLIEST ATTITUDES AND PERSONALITIES!!!!!!!!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I truuuully wish I took my family to OCEAN PRIME restaurant INSTEAD (Downtown, 5 star restaurant), Ocean Prime has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, THE BEST STAFF , DRINKS AND FOOD EVER IN LIFE!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended instead of Santa baby bar.And to the owner, don’t just reply with how sorry you are, about our poor experience, all of this falls on YOU!!!! The staff is only as good as the LEADERS. THIS IS A MONETARY ESTABLISHMENT, meaning, nothing here is free or charity… This place is VERY PRICEY for no reason but hey we came…. Read moreFirst it’s almost impossible to contact this establishment. I called the restaurant multiple times during different business hours. I had to contact both their Instagrams in order to change my reservation. When I arrived to the restaurant it took hostesses going back and fourth on who to go seat me to actually seat me. I asked to switch tables since I didn’t like the table, the hostess said she would get back to but never did. I had time to go use the bathroom and look around and come back to the table and then some for the waitress to even come to the table. I was able to switch the table after asking yet again. One thing is they are still doing indoor seating even so it’s not legal at the moment due to covid. I was never checked for ID either even so I order alcoholic beverages. I had to ask for water even so that’s usually the first thing restaurants bring. I had asked the waitress if we could take A picture in the sled, she said we would be able to at the very end so that way there wouldn’t be too much foot traffic. Towards the end of my night I tried to take a picture and at first I was told nicely I wasn’t able to at the moment so I went back to my seat. Then another group went up to take a picture they sat in the slide for several minutes and were able to take multiple photos. I don’t know if it was due to their skin color since they were white and I was Hispanic but they weren’t told they couldn’t take a photo or kicked off. I was very irritated with my night visibly the waitress did not offer any consignment or an apology at all. At the very end I tried to take a picture and the security card I was not allowed to at all and I said it was ridiculous because the waitress told me I was able to and I asked to speak to a manager. A man came up to me then which I believe was not the manager and told me I had to leave because of foot traffic and I said I was waiting to talk to manager he said I am the manager. I been tried to explain to him about how my night went terrible and how I thought it was completely ridiculous that their staff was not on the same page he told me that he did not care and that they were purposely ignoring their phone calls and do not listen to any other voicemails on purpose. I think this is completely unprofessional and should not be the case at all and establishments to try to listen to the customers and should not say that their comments are unnecessary and not cared for. He also said it was illegal to take pictures which is completely untrue but are completely fine with giving alcoholic beverages about taking an ID to make sure that their customers over to 21 and have seating indoors even so it’s legal due to Covid at the moment. We came from Indiana and the weather was bad, so you know the traffic was bad the policy states that you can only be 15 mins late which we were but when we got there we could not find any parking and the parking place near by was closed for the night. By the time we got in it was 8:34 I explained what happened to the host she did not care. So I asked her was there anyway we could just wait on a table. In my opinion she really just wanted us to leave because she explained that there could be a wait more than an hour multiple times after I had already said that’s fine.. We sat at the table right in front of them to wait. About 30 mins later. 9:04 I came from the restroom and my cousin told me that these YT people reservation was at 8:45 and they just seated them at 9:04 which was pass the 15 mins. I walked up to Milan( the manager) very nicely and concerned about why would they do that for them but not for us. He said “IF YOUR GOING TO POLICE ME ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE THAN YOU CAN JUST LEAVE” who talks to a customer like that when they have a concern when I told him hold on a minute calm down because I’m not being aggressive with him I’m just clearly asking a question he also said how they probably knew them and how they make exceptions for people that they know or regulars... he just gave poor customer service and should not talk to people like he crazy ... he did get us a table though within the next 7 mins and the waitress at our table had the BEST customer service she was kind, patient and VERY NICE!!! That’s 1 star.. the food was terrible I usually take pics of the food but we were hungry. We ordered the sliders, a burger and hot wings the burgers were super dry... the drinks were really good! I order Jack Frost! After we finished eating we went upstairs.. The decor is the reason they have another star it is absolutely so beautiful in there!!!! The DJ played really great music which is the reason we gave them another star it was really great vibes...
