We were excited to try this place and we had received an offer of 20% off our order. We walked in and said "Hi" and the guy sitting there just stared at us. We placed our order, as we were paying and signing for the transaction, the woman came around and tried to steer the screen away from us for whatever reason. As we waited for our food, we noticed the price charged for one of the ramen dishes was $1 more than the menu price. We decided not to say anything about it. We got home and was very disappointed because the food was very spicy, flavor was non-existent and the "poached egg" that was supposed to be in my dish? Was just a white blob of egg white, no yolk!!! And to top things off, we only got 20% off of one of the dishes, not the other. I called and asked about it and she kept debating with me saying she did give the 20%. Won't be eating...
Read moreI walked in because the sign outside said that they have specials 50% daily. I ordered the said special. The discount wasn’t applied and when I asked the sever said that the specials are for the second order only. I insisted that she talks to the owner because this is false advertisement. When the owner finally came out he was still trying to convince me that the special that day was different (it wasn’t) and finally he played it like he just forgot to do a discount. The server specifically told me that her boss said the special is second order only. I feel like they are trying to bring people in and then play dumb hoping the customers won’t insist on the discount. Regardless of this situation, the tonkotsu ramen was not good, the pork was super dry and just overall bland. I didn’t even eat a third of it. Will not...

The noodles are relatively thinner compared to other establishments that I have visited, but they still do the job nonetheless. On the other hand, while I do admire the texture of the broth, I felt that the umami flavor which miso ramen is known for was a tad diluted for some reason (I have had miso ramen broths from other locales both in Japan and stateside and have found that the broth here tends toward the less bold side). Ultimately not a...
