I understand the pandemic is being affecting all businesses and everyone. I understand that everyone has good and bad days. But work and personal matter should be always separate from each other. When I come as a customer to support your business and be part of the reason you can keep having a check to bring home to support your life. I know I deserve good service and respect. First you don't acknowledge your customer in the drive thru. Then when you finally decided to acknowledge my presence without apologizing for the wait. You take my order in a very rude attitude. The final straw was when you are going to charge the order you ask me very rudely to put my pin. And when I inform you that my passenger in the back seat of the car is the owner of the card to let me down my back window for he can reach the pin device, you without any explanation and in the most rude attitude close the window walking away. We can see thru the drive thru window your frustration and angriness. To at this point. Don't know what. Again I get it, times are hard. But a smile and apologizing doesn't cost you any other than bring good customer service to your job description. After you open the window drive thru door back and don't even make eye contact, with attitude. I can't give you my business. I have to go inside and wait patiently even more time to ask you for a duplicate of I hope void transaction because of your horrible customer service. I hope that your boss see this review. Not to fire you because compared with you I have sympathy for you. But I hope that Burger King administration acknowledge the lack of personal in your restaurant that may be the cause of your horrible customer service. And also raise your salary for the employees of this location can afford childcare and doesn't have bring their little kids to work. And can concentrate on the orders of the customers. Instead of having to deal with the situation of continually worry about asking them to go back to the back office for...
Read moreStopped at Lake Worth location about 10:50am. No one in the lobby, no cars in drive thru, no one behind the counter, door from lobby wide open. I stood at the counter for over 3 minutes........still no one. Finally I said "anybody home?" A gentleman came from around the corner and finally took my order. Waited another 5-10 minutes. The order was 1 wh Jr meal with Dr Pepper as the drink and 2 wh / cheese no pickle sandwiches only. The order was brought to the counter and the gentleman said thank you. I looked inside the sack for 3 sandwiches and an order of fries. That was correct, but had to remind him that I still need a Dr Pepper. There were 5 items in my order. I had to remind him that there were only 4. When I got home to eat the meal that cost a little over 15.00. The Whoppers with cheese and no pickles had pickles. This is not my first experience with poor service from Lake Worth. Burger King has problems and I have many many other alternatives to spend my time and money and get much much better service and orders correct. Good luck with remaining open. With service like that Burger King will close up shop because apparantly your customers don't really...
Read moreI have never been more disgusted and treated more poorly than the experience we had last night when my family & I were at Burger King in Lake Worth last night. My husband, son & I went there for dinner around 8:00 pm. There was no one in the parking lot or drive thru, which we found odd. EVERY table was dirty with leftover trash from customers, trash all over the floor and there were multiple flies. The bathrooms were covered in trash & there was urine on the floor. We ordered our food and tried to get our drinks. There was no ice in the machine and no soda in 1/2 of the dispensers. They did not use gloves when preparing our food and allowed ice cream to go everywhere when making my son's shake. By the time we got our food, we asked for it to go because we just wanted to leave. The girl behind the counter handed my husband a "to go" bag and stood there staring at us with the guy from the back. We left there feeling dirty & uneasy about eating the food that was just prepared for us so we threw it away & went to Jason's Deli instead. MUCH better experience! I absolutely do NOT recommend going to this branch of...
