It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Lake Worth

Ordered Doordash…after the fact realized it’s actually chili’s. So the wings are just like chili’s except more flavors. Spicy Pineapple Teriyaki tasted no pineapple very little teriyaki, very small hint of spicy, tasted Cilantro more than anything. Good but not what I expected and not great. Santa Fe not spicy enough basically taste like Chipotle. I agree with others they do not toss the wings before plating them. They put in the container with fries on one side and drizzle on top of wings. There was plenty of sauce but I had to toss wings some as it wasn’t all over. Also fries had sauce on them, I suggest separating or getting containers with different compartments. Fries were pretty good could use salt or more seasoning. Ranch was probably the best but it was chili’s ranch so that’s to be expected. I just waited over an hour for an order from these people, only for it to be cancelled because they decided to give it to someone else. And since they did so only half an hour before closing, they refused to fill the order. How can a place be run this incompetently? It SHOULD be impossible, but they defy expectations here.

EDIT: I called the restaurant, and it seems this was Doordash's fault. I had a really good conversation with the overwhelmed employee who answered the phone, and it does seem like this was Doordash's fault. However, I'm leaving this review here because it also came out in that conversation that this is a recurring issue. And people deserve to know that if they order from Doordash, there's basically a 50% chance (based on how many times this has happened to me) that they will not receive their order. And that's...

The most complicated order I have ever been involved with. First it wasn’t clear exactly where the location was located. Then I only found out by calling the number it was located at Chili’s. Then to place the order you had to do it online as you could not place your order in person. I could not get the bonus to take effect no matter how many times I tried so I paid for the supposedly free 11 ones. the sauce or lack there of was not very good except for the apple one but even without very much coverage it was not worth it to try the 4 flavors I ordered.
