Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Lakeland

Visited this place today with my Son he wanted pepperoni nuggets we waited online for approximately 12 minutes the usual once at the register my son ordered I was going to order my usual sugar & cinnamon nuggets but after seeing the worker handling the food without gloves and saw the nuggets touched her ands as she was putting them in the warmer with the rest of the nuggets the nuggets was rubbing against her hands that was the first issue secondly my son asked for pepperoni nuggets cashier stated it would be a 15 minute wait we said fine my son really wanted them so we were willing to wait she stated wait on the side , no problem we waited patiently once they were ready I moved a bit closer to the register which I was standing on the side right next to the register we made eye contact the worker Jay made eye contact with me as well now I’m in front of the register Jay approached the register and says you have to get back online , what in the world why do I have to get back on line for my order that you told me to wait on the side this makes no sense mind you the line was a long one again, I already waited online for 12 minutes waited 15 minutes for them to make it and now you’re telling me I have to go back on line which I didn’t how would I know if I did get back online and get to the register and there wasn’t anymore because the customers before me bought them so now what wait another 15 minutes for them to make them again you see where I’m going with this how many times must I wait online for some dang pepperoni nuggets please train your workers or fix your policy bottom line I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AUNT ANNNIE AT LAKELAND MALL EVER AGAIN..NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your Auntie Anne's location at Lakeland Square Mall on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 5:29 pm.

During my visit, I was eager to purchase some cinnamon and sugar pretzels, but your staff refused to make any due to they were cleaning everything , your staff refused to serve me and five others clients behind me and only offered the old leftovers they had on the warmer display. Oh lawd, I will admit I dont get nothing but their pretzels. It's not because the other options are bad, simply because their pretzels is to die for. I eat them when I'm hungry, I eat them when I'm full and if I could I would eat them while Im sleep.
