So .. first I will say that the waiter Calvin needs a promotion. He, single-handedly, saved our experience. We went around 12. Sat right away and our waitress' name was Yaneliz according to our receipt. I'm not sure if she actually told us. She took our order. When my coffee ran out she hadn't returned yet. I had to ask another waitress for a refill (which she immediately did with a smile). When the food came, everything was pretty good except for my wife's eggs Benedict. It was overcooked and not runny. We tried waiting for our waitress to come back and check on it but she didn't. This is where Calvin comes in. He was at a nearby table and I grabbed his attention. He deeply apologized, assured my wife that she was doing the right thing by sending it back, and took it away. He then returned saying that the order was in and expedited. Our waitress returned and had no idea what was going on. After a small wait, (with the rest of us having had finished our breakfast already) the new eggs were delivered. My wife did say they were delicious once recooked. Our waitress returned one more time with the bill and barely spoke a word, not checking on the food or apologizing for the mistake.... but Calvin did. Calvin came back! And checked on the eggs. Apologized and thanked us for giving them a second shot. If I return it will be due to Calvin over the food. I hope you appreciate the good workers and promote them to train the others on how it's done.

Read moreFood was great and the restaurant was very clean, Other than that I was disappointed. This is supposed to be a renowned breakfast restaurant with good reviews. it’s November and the restaurant was freezing at 8 o’clock in the morning. I tried to order grits but they did not have grits. That’s very strange being a breakfast labeled restaurant in Central Florida. The same is true for sausage gravy. It is not on the menu and they do not have it. This restaurant seems to cater to higher end clients and not a value breakfast as you would expect. it was over $20 to have a two egg breakfast with two bacon, home fries and toast and a cup of coffee & small orange juice. So if you’re expecting a traditional, southern breakfast restaurant, don’t come to this one. I couldn’t understand why they had the restaurant so cold, but when I sat down on my table, it felt like it was colder than my refrigerator at home. Only real reason to do this is to get people in and out as quickly as possible so you can turn over tables quickly. That means they make more money which means they’re more interested in making money than making the client comfortable. I gave the review three stars because the food was good and well-made service was good and the...
Read moreFreezing cold establishment. I mean FREEZING. Heard numerous complaints from neighboring tables about how cold it was which made the dining experience very unpleasant.
Server was Kimberly F. Very slow. At one point she yelled to us from about 10 feet away across 3 other tables eating to ask us how are food was. That was uncomfortable. My husband never received a refill and that's because Kimberly was very busy and had no problem complaining to us about being double sat and then having to put in a Togo order. That was also uncomfortable. The table next to us was about to place their order when the hostess walked up and asked them to move to another table so they could use their table for a party that arrived "way to early" and they apparently had no where else to put the party. So that was awkward. The food was mediocre at best. My husband ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. We're guessing they were out of parmesan cheese because he got cheddar shreds instead.. they didn't share that with us either.. I ordered the blueberry stuffed French toast.. it was okay and the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1.
I feel like maybe IHOP or First Watch would be a better option for your...
