McDonald's — Restaurant in Lakeland

WORSE McDonalds location by far. Associates had attitudes for no reason, including the manager. When I pulled up through the drive thru window I asked for two large cokes in styrofoam cups just to have the women on the other side of the speaker box correct me and say "we only give large drinks in styrofoam cups" I wouldn't really know since every McDonald location has a different set regulations. Not only that but she was quick to literally cut me off and ask "anything else, anything else, anything else" as if me ordering more than one item was an inconvience to her. Yet still, I said thank you once i was done ordering because it's the polite thing to do, but of course she didn't say anything in response. Once I arrived to the second window I asked for sweet & sour sauce because I had forgotten to ask for it before since I was being rudely interrupted every step of the way. The women there told me they'd have to charge me for the sauce which I had no problem with but when I asked if I could use my card she said no, I can only use change at that window. I gave her cash and then asked to speak to her manager who then told us the general manager decided they can't accept cards at the second window, and that if we wanted to use a card we'd have to start the line all over. I would understand if I was adding more food to my order why they would make me start the line over but having to do all of that just for one sauce container seems ridiculous to me. I was really hungry stopped by Mc Donald too crab something to eat ,there were six car’s in front of Me, I usually don’t sit in drive thru but I did and so did many other people I sat in the drive thru for 45mins, and others an hour needless to say the Manager was under staff there were only three employees there including the manager, Little did We Know they decided because of the Uber eat ,door dash that they weren’t going to serve the drive through finally as the drive through emptied and only five of Us left I drove up too the window and there was two people still waiting at the drive through window that had pre pay for pickup had been waiting an hour and pre paid for the pickup and Nope No Food !!!, Mind You No One Came Out Too Tell Us The Drive Through Was Closed No One Not Even The Manager!!!!, Every Time I Go To This Location I Have Too Wait and sometimes there’s only a few people in line and it’s alway’s the same problem Uber Eat and Door Dash are making them run behind and obviously priority over Us that take the time to stop in too dine in!!! No matter what Mc Donald’s I Go too NONE OF THEM EVER HAVE CLEAN TABLES NEVER EVER HAVE CLEAN TABLES !!!, It’s like they don’t want anyone dining in!!! This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a star. My name is Zariah, a regular customer of McDonald’s. I came to this McDonald’s about 10:40 pm or so on 02/07. At the mic I requested a hot tea and apple slices. I pay for my items. I did not receive a receipt. Approached 2nd window, the guy was about to hand me a cold tea. I said I asked for a hot tea, I even said I would pay the difference after he told me that’s not what I ordered also said that’s not what’s on the screen. He went further saying he didn’t even they had hot tea. He asked the manager she’s asking him what she saying. In the midst I told the guy I’m not feeling well and I wanted a hot tea and I would pay the difference. No one was hearing manager approaches saying I didn’t order that and I have an attitude mind u I was upset yes but because of how the situation was handled, she wasn’t trying to satisfy the customer nor understand the problem and try to fix it. I didn’t realize this is how McDonald’s is ran in LAKELAND. Terrible service I requested a refund. She refunds the tea. When I wanted a total refund so I drove. Off. The guy at the window also kept saying he’s new here so thx McDonald’s. My night is just worse cuz no where...
