I was drawn to the window at the Catapault building, Main Street, next to the Joinery, because of the slow cooker in the driveway. Both owners were there and I began to ask them what they were smoking. They explained that they were smoking the pastrami, which they had been preparing for 2 weeks. They only sold the pastrami on Thursdays because of their process. So, I went back the next day and purchased the slices of pastrami, with 2 sides.
