Decent Experience, Average Food
I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time with my family, armed with a $25 gift card. While our overall experience was decent, there were some ups and downs.
We opted for the basic burger with added bacon, but unfortunately, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being too crispy, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The burger itself was average, nothing extraordinary.
On the bright side, the atmosphere was lively, with TVs everywhere creating a cool ambiance. We chose to sit in the bar area, which was family-friendly and accommodating for my 10-year-old son.
As for drinks, I enjoyed a Guinness while my son sipped on a Shirley Temple, both of which were satisfactory.
When the bill arrived, we found ourselves spending a bit more than anticipated, with the total coming out to $31 after splitting the burger and fries.
Despite the mixed experience, I wouldn't completely write off Buffalo Wild Wings. I might consider revisiting with just my wife for a different...
Read moreShorted my order by half. And even with half the order was supposed to have my order at a time chosen. I gave an hour before pickup. It was obvious understaffed with on member of staff eating his lunch in front of store. This looks bad when people waiting. Order in the end was cold except what I fond amazing was when told only half the orse the other half theu did make in under 5 minutes. So camt figure out whay was wrong woth them having order on time. You know what just go to wingstop. They have at least good customer service and work to get order right. Also nobody watching over the take out foods anyone could take a bag and nobody would know it. Possible setup for delivery. For a newer place you'd think that there be better operations. The app has a promo code for 6 free wings and this place like most won't take it so worthless advertising. If I want bww I'll just use resteraunts and ignore the bww go locations. Was so excited for wings I didn't have to cook myself and still had to...
Read moreRecieved a coupon in the mail. Tried to use it online. The code was invalid. Called the store. Was told I needed to use the app and that I could not order over the phone. I placed my order at full.price. I arrived and attempted to apply my coupon. I was told i should have called or came in person to pay. This is obviously frustrating. I feel like it would have been an easy fix...however I didn't want to ruin anyones night over 25%. The food was OK and on time. We ordered 3 differnt sauces on our wings and only got 2. You call to verify and spend 44$ plus a tip on 2x 20 wings you kinda expect the sauces to be on point. Better than the walk in sit down restaurant. I will say the employees were extremely nice. Just unwilling to give me a discount that I had a coupon for. I recomend just going in and waiting for your order. I probably will not use this place again. Sorry for the "Karen" rant but this marks the 3rd time a BWs has come up short and I can't throw...
