Good grief Charlie Brown! How hard is it to get the food that you ordered? First off, the kid taking our order didn’t give us a “cup” indicating that we had just ordered. And when we were brought our order, another kid read off our order but our 4 piece chicken strip was missing from the platter with the rest of the food. The server’s response to that was that it may be coming in a second order. He went to check on it, came back and asked to see our receipt. First off, I wasn’t offered a receipt. Even if I was, I would have refused it because who needs a receipt from chic-fil-a? (Apparently, I do When this inexperienced crew is working.) To that, I offered the same explanation. However, the server literally read the order to me as he was dropping off the food and the 4 piece chicken strip was clearly missing from the platter. 🙄 So again, how hard is it folks? The server then goes back to have another lengthy conversation with his coworkers and eventually brings over a 3 COUNT chicken strip.... So annoying. So he goes over and is having a third lengthy conversation with his coworkers... and at this point, my patience is spent and I decided to speak with the MOD... which was pointless. No, I’m sorry. No I understand. No let me see what I can do to correct the situation/ make it right. And the table next to us ordered 3 milk shakes that weren’t delivered with the rest of their order either. They were told the same thing I was, “It’s probably coming out as a separate order.” Eventually, they had to go and ask for their milkshakes too. 🙄All I know is that this crew has a lot to learn because Chic-fil-a usually has superior service. The franchisee(s) should know, if their business begins to struggle, there’s...

I don't usually rate and review fast food. Really, fast food is just fast food. This isn't a rate and review of the food here at this Chick-Fil-A I only want to mention the exterior remodel. You might see my name pop up on Google Maps, it is unlikely but if you do give me a shout that you saw this.
This mention is about the drive through. I'm bringing notice of this because I haven't seen this at any other Chick-Fil-A. The interceptors were at their post as usual, eagerly taking orders A wild guess for how short-staffed they were on the inside would be fully staffed. The interceptors have been very well thought of and cared for. The advance area now has like a carport complete with heaters and fans to keep a large percentage of the hungry quick fix seekers dry and warmer than if the patio cover were not there. With a short break of cover there is also an overhang at the pick up window. The facade of the stand-alone has a nice modern look with clean lines geometrically positioned with dark hues gives this store an as if brand new look. The interior is a welcome change. Simple with a touch of atypical furniture to give the place a bit of a homey look. A chandelier hanging over a counter hight table for eight looks so much like Coca-cola green bottles that have been repurposed for their new job gives me hope that the food chain might be starting to slowly crawl into the light of awareness about global warming. If only they would replace the foam cups with compostable cups their environmental consideration score would go up...
Read moreWas treated very rudely by one of the very young managers (Kara). I am a very patient person because I know how it is to work in fast paced places. However, my patience grew slimmer as I came back three times for the same issue. The fries I had been served were not edible, because of the ridiculous amount of salt. Every time I just stood there and was ignored by the staff, which included Kara. Even after a helpful employee told her of the issue. All the kids (employees) were horsing around and appeared to be criticizing me. On the third approach I informed Kara(after again being ignored) about the issue on the salt. Her reply was to place blame on me. She told me that the next time (there isn’t goin to be another) to order fries without salt. I informed her that I go to chic fi le a lot and that they were not that salty. She told me that’s the way they are made at that store, all with a attitude of that’s the way it is, take it or leave. I know that the way food is prepared is standardized. If they are doing it different, then that is not good. Well I dropped 26 dollars and I won’t take it or leave it. I was left speechless for a moment. This is not normal at other stores, from my experience, all over the country. My fries were later brought out by another employee and he told me the guy in the back was new. I have no problem with that; it was the poor experience with customer service and poor management skills. I go to chi fi le enough to know that I spend enough with my family. This store will no longer receive even one red cent from my hard...
