Part 1– This Chipotle location has fallen through the cracks. 2 weeks ago I came here for a vegetarian online order. I get back to my office and realize my side of queso is missing. I have to drive back to the store, and they don’t apologize they just say they’ll get me one.
Part 2– THEN i get back to my office and get a bite into my bowl. the order has a TON of chicken and about 1/4 sofritas.... on my vegeatrian order I go back AGAIN to the store and tell them what happened. No apologies. they just seem annoyed. they correct it and hand it back to me as i waited 10 minutes. again no apologies when handed the order.
Part 3– Today I come back hoping the incident from 2 weeks ago was just a one-off. Nope. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10.. it is now 12:30, as I and 5 other people who had orders 30+ minutes ago are STILL waiting. NO APOLOGIES FROM STAFF. no water cups nothing. I go to the front and ask if they are even working on online orders and they say yes (annoyed again instead of apologetic) they don’t even ask what the name on my order was...
They come out with 2 orders after this but none of the names are matching with anyone waiting (assuming those people left since we are all on our lunch break i bet)
Part4- i open my bowl 40 min later and it’s about HALF filled ... why am i being charged full price for half a meal?

Read moreChipotle suck hard for our event! We had a delivery for lunch on November 16. It was near a $1000 order for 50 people. We scheduled this 2 weeks out. The delivery was on time. What was brought looked great. Upon inspection, after the drive left, we determined we were shorted one of the proteins. We contacted the 800 number and tried to contact the store to get the missing proteins delivered. We got routed to a call center. After waiting on hold several times we informed the person we had a meeting of 50 people and had run out of proteins for our guests. On hold 2 or 3 more times, at more than 10 minutes, we were told we were not getting any additional product. The person told us a report would be sent to the customer relations team for follow up in 24 to 48 hours. We asked if that was going to feed our guests who had not eaten today? There was total silence at that point. This is the second issue with chipotle in the last 2 weeks. I never heard back on the first complaint and suspect we will not hear about this one either. The doordash driver called half an hour after the order was supposed to be delivered and said that he couldn't find my house, which was 7 blocks from the store, and that he was giving up. Also, I should probably call the store for a refund. So, thanks.
Then, I called the store and asked to talk about a refund and the person on the phone said that this was not the correct store and I should call somewhere else. I checked my email confirmation and called back, because, YES, this was the correct store. Then she told me that they don't do refunds since it was the driver's fault. And I should try 1-800-CHIPOTLE.
SO THEN, I call 1-800-CHIPOTLE, and it's a catering line only, and they SUGGEST I CONTACT MY STORE FOR A REFUND. So then I have to search for a customer service number online and wait on hold. Then a girl finally picks up my call and her line is complete static and I can barely hear her. I THINK that my order is being refunded, but if it isn't then I guess I also have to contact DoorDash? No one seems to know.
