Crisp and Green — Restaurant in Lakewood

I placed an order here last month for a salad with tofu instead of chicken, and a wrap without the jalepenos. Both orders were incorrect- the salad came with chicken, and the wrap came with jalepenos. I went back and checked my order and validated that I placed it correctly. I called the store and spoke to a female employee who apologized and asked if I wanted the order remade or refunded. I asked for a refund because we live 20 minutes away from this location and did not want to return. The employee assured me that the refund would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. I kept tabs on it, and was never refunded. One week later, I emailed the hello@crispandgreen.com email address explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I never received a reply. Holy healthy goodness! What a way to ring in 2023 and the healthy New Year’s resolutions. I’m sure health is a top priority for everyone this new year so why not implement super healthy smoothies and bowls/salads in your routine?

I personally tried the Fiesta Bowl and Green Glow smoothie during my visit. I felt like I was being recharged from the inside out while eating both. They were both jam-packed with healthy ingredients. It’s nice to feel so good after a meal!

The interior of the store is like walking into a high-end restaurant. The whole restaurant was well-lit, well-designed, and clean. I also love the open-kitchen style where patrons can see what is going on!

First visit- 4 seniors w Picture wall Menu. Written board showed more items and descriptions ?? Wanted to eat inside / 1/2 tables available for 4 were dirty. Drink machines were a new style. None of us could figure out how to get ice- individually or together. It would happen; and then it wouldn’t. I asked for help but other customers were coming so that didn’t bring help to we had paid 🧐. There was a message on the ice machine about holding the cup and waiting. Waiting 3-4-5 minutes?
