Cinnabon — Restaurant in Lakewood

I guess I am only rating this place on a couple of things but taste is not one of them as all locations carry the same recipe.

Customer service needs some fine tuning as customer service is not that friendly. Do not get me wrong, they are not mean but need to be more courteous an make you feel like comfortable.

Store is fairly clean but can use a wipe on the tables more frequently. Finally, the counter where they have sugar and cream needs to be bigger and have a much better presentation. It is and looks unattended so this does not make you want to buy...
