Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Lakewood

I was in the area of Safeway at 38th and Wadsworth which put me close to a Baskin and Robbins. I thought about it and decided to try it. It had been a long while since I had been in there. The one young woman on duty was not nearly as friendly as all of the one who I encounter at Cold Stone. There are going to be different flavors no matter where one goes. I maintain that Cold Stone is the best yet for me. These same owners of this store also have stores at various places in the NW quadrant of the metro area. Therefore, to me, these Cold Stone locations are the best places in the NW metro area! Also, the dress code seems to be better at Cold Stone.

5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose...

I grew up going to this place and continue to go to this Cold Stone location. I've been here dozens of times and while the line can sometimes get long, the staff is always wonderful. I recently did a spur-of-the-moment birthday cake here, and the woman who did it was wonderful. I had my cake very quickly and was out of the door, without any prior notice. In all of my years going here, I have never had a bad experience. Just walk in, order your ice cream and leave.
