QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lakewood

I would give this place 5 stars if the cashiers would stop telling me there's a question before my credit card transaction. IT'S A TIP SCREEN, NOT A QUESTION. THERE IS NO QUESTION. IT ONLY SHOWS OPTIONS FOR TIPS. IT DOESNT ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A TIP. IT JUST HAS TIP AMOUNTS! I would appreciate it if the cashiers would just have enough confidence to say there's a tip screen if you'd like to include a tip or if you feel our service was great or we hooked you up on food please feel free to include a tip. If you're too ashamed or scared to be honest and have to lie about the tip screen being a question, I'm not going to provide a tip. I leave tips for cashiers that are honest and bold or don't say anything about a non-existent question. Corporate, please send out a mandate for all employees to stop this ridiculous behavior and just be up front about the tip screen, not a question. 3/13/18 @ 3:20pm - This location had great “customer” service, the short haired blonde with glasses had made my order and it was very good. However, her co worker the visor wearing heavier set Latina female was giving her co worker way to much BS about how she was making the order... as if it was an argument. Blondie held her composure and did not let it get to her as I could see she was slightly annoyed though as it was in front of customers.. it’s as if the cashier was in charge or something which... I doubt.. although, It was extremely rude in my opinion and as an “equal” co worker you should not put down others you work with. This girl needs an attitude/ego check it seems. Also when I walked In the blonde haired women was killing it behind the grill while pre prepping other things (only employee on the floor) she made my whole order and is busting her ASS! I have a very close friend that is extremely allergic to gluten. Has eaten at this qdoba multiple times. Have NEVER had an issue with accommodations. We always say that she cant have it so that the employees know, again-there has never been as issue. Today being no different went in to get food. Spoke that she can not have gluten. Your employee failed to inform us that today in particular, the flour and corn tortillas had been in the same bin allowing for cross contamination. I understand that helping every customer is hard but when its spoken to be safe we expect honesty. My friend now will have to take a trip to the hospital because apparently its difficult to answer a question about if things are seperated or not. Would give 0 stars if it...
