Honestly some of the best cookies EVER that I have bought, they get 3 stars only because the accuracy and timeliness of the orders are horrible. I had heard about these cookies from several friends and family in Utah and thought we would try them, so I ordered curbside delivery (great for times of COVID) and even tipped before hand (which as gratuity I hate to do, should be done after for gratitude of a good job) we arrived in our scheduled time slot, parked in a spot designated for curbside and checked in as the app said to, then waited. And waited more. After about 20 minutes I got out and went in only to be told they did not have my order, WHAT? I pulled up my app and showed the 2 girls at the front counter which both seemed to be confused the the 3rd girl behind them said oh it's right here and handed it to me. I did not get a sorry for the confusion or sorry for the wait or even a thank you, but they already had their tip so who cares at that point. I also discovered that you cannot rate your order on the app, because when we got home the order was wrong! Still we are and enjoyed very much, so much that a couple of weeks later we tried again. This time after arriving in my designated time slot most parking was full, so I parked as close as I could and "checked in" this time a worker came out and explained it would still be about 6 minutes before my cookies were ready, ok no hurry. Again I tipped in advance, so I waited. Turns out it was more like 18 minutes and EVERY person got their order before me, even the 2 cars that arrived after me. She hands me my cookies and says here you go, once again no thanks or sorry for the wait. And once again my order was WRONG. I think these cookies are delicious, so maybe next time I'll try a different location? And maybe from now on, will give cash tip for actual...

If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would. I placed an order with doordash for a party pack to be delivered as a gift as a token of my gratitude to a hotel that I was staying at, for there above and beyond service. Full 2 hours after placing my order they have the Dasher come pick it up, when he arrived they told him that they were out of cookies and to contact me to cancel the order. By that point in time it was too late to order a replacement gift order from any similar type of business. Why they accepted in order they could not fill or why it was not already filled by the time the Dasher came to pick it up is beyond me. I was then stuck with apologizing to the hotel for not being able to come through with the gift that I already sent them the information for and ask him if there was anything else I could do for them which is a horrible position to be in for anyone giving a gift. The way that they handled my order was extremely unprofessional should not have happened and was completely unavoidable and they made absolutely zero effort of any kind to attempt to make it right with me. They should not have had the Dasher reach out to me they should have reached out to me and apologized and you know maybe offered me something to offset my inconvenience and disappointment. But no I received nothing, not even the courtesy of a phone call.

My highschooler went in tonight with a $20 bill he got for his birthday to get a box of 4 he was so excited to try. The Golden, Colorado location doesn't want to be bothered keeping a cash register for THEIR CUSTOMERS convenience, so their sign says, "Exact change, card preferred." They were happy to STEAL his change on a $14.68 purchase and NO CHANGE! I called several other locations and they have never even heard of such a thing. Do yourself a favor and skip Golden!

SKIP THIS LOCATION! So here we are a few months later and my son went back for his cookies today. Again this is a high school senior, studying to be a chef, obsessed with these cookies. He has nut allergies and I wanted a pecan pie cookie. So I told him to ask them if they could put that one in a separate box than the four pack. Absolutely not! Instead he either had to deal with it or pay for 4 separate cookies. I have spoke to the owner and manager of this location and I don't think he cares about anybody. He's doing well so no worries about individuals. So if you have any allergies, be prepared to pay more to get what you're looking for. I cannot stress this enough, CHOOSE...
