Jamba — Restaurant in Lakewood

The logic, or lack thereof in response to CoVID procedures are terrible.

I visit this location unbeknownst to me and unaware of the new procedures (i.e. calling in or using the app to order). I totally understand why businesses have resorted to these types of procedures; however, the female representative was very unwelcoming and unhelpful during this visit. I ended up leaving, and will not return to this location.

She stated I needed to place my order ahead of time by calling the number or going on the app. I proceeded to call the number, and she answered and stated I needed to now go on the app and "besides, it would be about 20 minutes"...to MAKE A SMOOTHIE?!

So, here I am waiting outside, abiding by the rules, she cannot take my order because of these new procedures, in-person, nor over the phone and proceeds to emphasize the long wait; with clearly nobody but me outside. Reading through the other reviews I can see that I'm not the only one with a bad experience at this location.

Customer Service training nor logic is apparently not a priority at this location. Will not be returning to...

I've never been disappointed at Jamba. They're smoothies are always consistent and delicious. However, what made this experience so special is the two young people working the counter, Chelsea and Thomas.

I recently finish throat cancer treatment and just learning to swallow again. I also have a severe issue with my tastebuds. Everything tastes like rubber bands and pennies.

Chelsea and Thomas were so kind and patient with me, doing their best to craft a smoothie that not only taste good but was easy to swallow.

I left the restaurant very satisfied and very happy! Sad to say, I don't run into young people so loving and caring. I really believe it's good training but more importantly, it's great parenting.

Been a customer here for almost 2 years, and never had an issue. My recent visit could’ve been better. I’ll start that the employees always provide great service, and are pretty fast with the orders. This location have a diverse team and majority seem to be young adults, which I absolutely love. My recent visit I had ordered a smoothie and found hard chunks, similar to a rock, in my drink. Still curious as to what that is. I tried to crush it and it wouldn’t budge. I couldn’t even finish the drink.

I did send this review in and was assisted very quickly which was great. I was given a complimentary food beverage which was also appreciated.
