If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered through Uber eats. You can’t track orders from JJ because they use their own drivers. After 40 mins, Uber Eats suggested I call to check on my order. I did. The staff person at JJ said it was on its way and would be there within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I called back, per Uber Eats suggestion. A different staff person told me my order was headed out the door and that the driver had 5 other orders. After asking why I was mislead the first time I called, the staff person said that my order was actually still in house, that the driver wasn’t even there and that there were 17 other orders to go out. I asked why I was being mislead and the JJ staff person got angry, defensive and argumentative. I informed I would call the next day when I was told a manager wasn’t in. I was then told my number would be blocked so I could not call the store. Before handing up on me the staff person yelled and called me names. This is uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I won’t ever visit or order from this JJ store again and will definitely be making a call to the store. If I am to be blocked, I will make a report to corporate. I placed a catering order for a large group two days before the event and was promised delivery to my location within 5 miles from the store. I received a call the day of my order that it would not be possible to received delivery at the location (I agreed to pick up the order at the store). I come to the store to pick up my order at the promised time and my order is not ready. I waited close to an hour to have my catering order ready to take with me. The walk in lunch customers were prioritized over the catering order placed days in advance. I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer when my $1000 catering order was not prioritized and ready at the promised time. Furthermore, I received a dismissive attitude from the manager on duty (Saturday afternoon 4/9/2022) when I expressed my displeasure with my experience. It is bad enough to have the delivery cancelled and even worse to receive a dismissive attitude from the store given the inconvenience they caused.

With out even asking about my order the woman on the line said "Oh it is out there". When I expressed it has been out for delivery for 20 minutes and I am only a couple of minutes away maybe she could call the driver. She rudely said "Your'e not the only one." Weird how she knew what my order was with out asking during such an influx of orders. Then when I asked her name and who I should talk to her response was "I can't give my name and I don't care who you call." A "Here let me check" would have been great.
