Foods great. Service needs attentive action now. Called in an order to be told 25 to 30 min pick up time. Waited 56 mins from the time I called to place my order to the time it was handed to me. Im not an impatient person, it was just that I was hungry after coming off of a fast and seeing food sacrificed unto idols next to the register about nauseated me! I stood and waited for food in front of the idols for over 30 mins, the scriptures flowing through my mind...

Warning: True story below! This place is amazing, first the "standard review", and after that I have to tell you why I would rate PhoVietnam 10 stars if I could.

Standard: Ive been here over a dozen time, the broth is amazing, seriously very good, some of the best I've had in Denver. The meat and condiments / pho additions are all good, the establishment is clean and standard, the staff is REALLY friendly.

Why 10 Stars: This is where my story deviates a little. Yesterday 1/10/19 I was driving here to pick up some to-go. I was sitting at a stoplight and was rear-ended by someone going 45-50 ish mph, he was "checking his mirrors, and didn't see that all traffic was at a stop". Anyway, Andy at Pho Vietname ended up calling me after I never showed up, I let him know what happened and he was very understanding and sympathetic with me. We hung up, he calls me back 2 minutes later and tells me that he would like to deliver it to my house after I get done with the police and tow truck. Even though they don't do deliver directly (although they DO use door dash or some other service, I dont remember which), Andy drove the order to my house AND refused to take a tip.

Bottom Line: Support this place. They have phenomenal food, and business ethics that are practically unheard of in modern day society!

We came here to eat for lunch and right off the bat the waiter was rude. He wanted us to sit next to the door. I told the waiter that we did not want to sit next to the door because it is 30 degrees outside and did not want to get cold ever time the door open. He told us all the sets we taken even though there was 2 tables more in. So we walked over to one of the other tables that was open and just sat down. After 5 minutes he comes over and asked if we were ready to order. We hand not even been given menus yet. When I asked him for the menu he turned the napkins container around in what I took as a rude manner and told us "right here... Or do you want a menu?" He was pointing to the digital menus that you have to scan on your phone. My mom had bad eyes and can't read small print on phones. After that my My mom went to order the ex large Pho 15 and he told her "it to big for you to eat you you should get smaller one." What right does he have to say what is to big for someone to eat or not. If someone wants it just give it to them. I also ordered 2 bobas and 2 orders of spring rolls. We only received 1 order of each. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this place ever again. Which is very sad to say since this was the closest pho restaurant near me and I liked...
