his was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The customer service was appalling. My husband and I placed an online order and paid in advance, as evidenced by the attached receipt with the date clearly printed on it. However, when we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that they couldn't provide it because our order wasn’t showing in their system. To make matters worse, we were instructed to call for a refund. We made the call, only to be told by AI we would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours. So now, not only were we deprived of our food, but we also have to go through the hassle of waiting for a refund—if we even get our money back at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Popeyes clearly needs to train their employees better in manners and customer service. As a result, we will never eat at another Popeyes again. KFC will be receiving all our business moving forward. Shame on...
Read moreWow! This place is EXPENSIVE! We ordered two of the 2 piece chicken meals with one side and it was $27. The chicken was dry and seemed to have set for a while. The biscuits were hard and you have to ask for condiments like butter, honey and hot sauce. This place is inside Colorado Mills Mall and really isn't a sit down place for food. The service was poor as the cashier made us feel like we were bothering him by wanting to place an order. He kept going back to another customer and handing out what seemed like extra food while he was trying to take our order. He was speaking to them in another language and when he came back to us he again seemed annoyed. We have never been to Popeye's but saw the commercials and thought we'd try it. Read moreWould give 0 stars if possible to this, and only this location. We go to Popeyes all the time all over the Denver and surrounding areas, and especially on Tuesdays for their specials. We have enjoyed our experiences for the most part at every one, except this particular location. To have to maneuver mall parking and find the food court only to be informed that this particular store does not participate in any specials is a gut blow. When I asked the friendly staff why this information is not posted in the location info on map searches they said the owners were aware but does not feel it is their responsibility to place in on the search sites. Basically they are just hoping that if people take all that time to access their location people will just order without the specials. Very poor form...
