Jason M. Truly went above and beyond to help us. It was already closing time, made the transition super easy and not rushing it at all. My first receipt had house account as sales person… When I asked the lady on the register if he was a manager she said he is “just” a sales associate. Well to me he acted like the SM, super proud and happy to help even though it was already late on Black Friday, hardly ever you get such a great customer service from anyone anymore. I truly hope the company takes care of the associates who work hard and still have a smile at the end of the day...

They ignored us completely, they never greeted us, never asked with we needed help. NOTHING. They IGNORED us. They just pretended we weren’t there. We were in the store for 15-20 minutes.
