This location is a big lunch spot, I've seen it get busy! However, I've been coming to this location for years as I work nearby, and have seen management change several times. Currently, Andrew and his team have this place in a great spot. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. Andrew - and the other staff - all have an energy that I don't see at most Subway locations, having small conversations while not impacting the time to deliver on food. Andrew himself knows when the bread is done baking just by the smell, moments before the alarm confirms his intuition! He decorates the place with a personal touch, but it always starts conversations and is something I wish I'd see encouraged at more Subway restaurants. I can't say enough - Andrew seems to be working hard to get this place in a better spot than what he inherited. I've seen full staff refreshes in the past, and I'm hoping that Subway will continue supporting Andrew at this location. Sandwich artistry - and any service job in general - can be stressful, but everyone at this location seems driven to pitch in and help make it a better experience. All I could ask is that the location continues to get staffing and support necessary as it can be such a busy location from at least the foot traffic that I see! I also note that this location has quite a few online orders and delivery orders, which also impacts staffing but they seem to keep up and stay in high spirits. Read moreI ordered online a roast beef sandwich and a turkey. I received a steak & there was blondish brown hair in the Turkey sandwich. When I called she said I had to go to the subway app & dispute the charges. I said no I wanted to talk to the manager and I wanted her name she hung up on me. I see this is a pattern as others are leaving the same issues on their review. She is ABSOLUTELY LYING THERE IS NO OPTION ON THE APP TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. Something NEEDS to be done about such unprofessional behavior towards hard working paying customers. You shouldn't have to fight to get what you paid for & it is NOT cheap. I arrived early about 4:10 and checked in letting her know I was a bit early. The girl looked like she was working alone so she was pissy with the few people who came in while I was there.. and me. I waited until 4:43 before I got my single footlong sandwich (American Club)... She made it, but it was just the standard Club, not any od the instructions to make the sandwich.. (Add black olives, Banana peppers, extra pickles.) At first I felty bad for the worker, until I could see her not caring about anything.
