The morning & day shift crew team are absolutely wonderful. I have gone to this location for a long time, but yesterday's ridiculousness was just too much. I had a large order for hungry, picky teenagers. Now I come from ohio city to this location because it's the one I prefer & I don't wait too long for food. I came home with my order bagged & stickered so I assumed everything was in the bags, only to find I had 4 items that were not in the bags. Ok I'm not that upset it was a big order & people make mistakes. So I call the restaurant & explain what I was missing & the crew member on the phone was very nice apologized & I told him I was sending my husband up with the receipt to pick up the items I paid for (& the only thing one teen would eat so he had to wait longer). My husband get to the register & the crew member calls out what to make. The man in the back with the black shirt (who just happened to be the manager who name is Raymond) starts to run at the mouth that he put everything in the bags he apparently doesn't make mistakes. Now my husband is hearing this guy just being a complete tool! He can't believe this guy is fussing over 4 items being made like a child. I paid for my food (like over 40 items) I expect to get all of my food & yes you did make a mistake but to run your mouth out to paying customers is real bad business! This wouldn't be the first time this guy has acted a fool in this restaurant to his employees as well. I don't believe I will patronage this Taco Bell anymore with my business. It's a shame this one guy can completely turn a customer off to an otherwise nice...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUber Eats driver. I would suggest ordering your late night delivery elsewhere. The current 10PM crew had a lobby full of drivers waiting for over 30 minutes for small orders. Orders were made out of order. They told one driver who'd been waiting there over 20 minutes that the order he was there to pick up never made it to their system. Their slushee machine had 1 flavor down, but they wouldn't substitute another flavor. I had to argue with them to even substitute with a soda, and they claimed that the customer never even paid for the slushee even though it shows up on my order. When I tried to communicate with them they ignored me, so I leaned over the counter so I they could hear me without me yelling at them, but they complained about that too, then they got mad at me for yelling at them for ignoring me. I don't get paid by the hour, I get paid by the order. Have some respect for people. Yall cut into my time and pay waiting on yall, so honestly I hope...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had awesome experiences at this location. But more often I have experiences where I get home and am missing multiple things I ordered, or I receive tacos without lettuce etc. I don't think that people should be forced to check their orders when they leave a fast food line. I feel the employees should be held accountable for making an order appropriately, and leave the customer feeling satisfied by simply creating an order the way it should be made. I understand that this is Taco Bell, but in the same respect, this is Taco Bell. A great fast food chain that should make its cult customers love the place. Take a page out of in-n-out burger's diary and simply provide food to people's expectations. I think it's fair to assume that making an order and forgetting items is simply a lack of passion. Don't hire people who...
