Boss Chic Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Lancaster

Went two times, first time there was absolutely amazing! Wanted to try the teddy bear mocha but it was out so the barista made me something custom along the lines of what I liked. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable with getting a custom drink (which tasted awesome).

Second time was a bit different... I had a picture of my old drink just in case (the writing). Showed it to the barista and since it was a different girl, understandably didn't know what it was. So I tried to ask if they can make something like the teddy bear one with coffee. Barista checked and then with a huffy attitude said "That's literally the only thing it doesn't have, love that for me" so I gave up and just ordered a HK Matcha.

This place is the absolute cutest and I love to come here but I don't think I'll be back. The service has gone down. I was sitting in the study nook. ( I like to call it that)... When I arrived I ordered my coffee :Night in Paris is my favorite! Anyhoo... went to the back and sat for a few minutes. Now usually they will bring your coffee to you if it takes a minute which I love! (That's service, right!) But I got to studying and I forgot... My coffee sat at the counter getting watered down. Today the counter help was sooo loud! Cussing and they were gossiping about other customers and how they are always complaining about what they dont have. I heard one girl say something to the fact that "We don't have mocha, but I can go shit in a cup for you IF you want!!" The customer was NOT in front of her but that's not the POINT!! WFT?! i don't write reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. if you love all things pink, cutesy, and adorable, this is where you go. the amount of sanrio merch had me overjoyed and i obviously bought a my melody sticker sheet! cafe wise, i ordered the cinnamoroll latte from their sanrio menu and my husband ordered a plain, iced americano with no cream or flavor. my latte was lovely and not too sweet. my husband loved his coffee and he's extremely picky about it! the lady up front was so sweet and she gave us a loyalty card! also some lil thingies for their halloween event on 10/28!! overall it was lovely, atmosphere was my dream, and i will absolutely return and be a frequent customer. thank you guys for the amazing vibes!!!
