Mi Ranchito Restaurant — Restaurant in Lancaster

First time customer. I don't live in the area but came out to visit a relative. Always like to try the closest Mexi an food joint to gauge how much I like the neighborhood.lol So I entered the parking lot and it took a minute to find a spot. I am most gave up and went to jack in the box. But just then a car pulled out right g in front of the restaurant, I took this as a sign that I really needed to try it. Nice place in a sort of strip mall. There were only g a couple of people in line. But its after lunch time and before dinner time when I go in. The menu is easy to read. Very organized. So I step up and order a wet burrito birria( goat) everything on it green sauce. And I order a side of beans and a side of rice. Was gonna mix it together when I got home. The girl behind counter asked me if I just wanted a 50/50, I correctly assumed it meant half beans and half rice. I waited about 7 minutes for my food. Not bad. The other girl who brought my food made sure to ask if I wanted red or green sauce. I always forget to make sure I to in the bag. I assume incorrectly that it is automatically in the bag. I get home and pull out the food. Everything packaged nicely. Enough salsa for the amount of food I ordered. The staff was very friendly. Oh yeah they food was very tasty. The green sauce had just enough heat to let you know it is hot but its not so hot as to take away from the flavor. My wife and the rice and beans and she loved them. Me and my family went there the other day. It was a terrible experience. I haven’t been to that pacific location in years and I wish I didn’t go. First of all, we are a black family and if we want some Mexican food and we got money, I don’t see what the problem is and what’s the point of trying to make people feel uncomfortable if I wanna take certain things out and add certain things why is that a problem? So I don’t recommend any Black people going in there you’re gonna feel very uncomfortable and very unwanted that’s what they’re gonna make u feel at least the women ! But yet I’m paying for food that’s getting somewhat made and then slapped in the microwave I got a mini wet burrito mind you she broke down everything and I had to pay for everything if I asked for a wet burrito why am I paying for grease sauce? If they’re supposed to be cheese on top, why am I paying for cheese? This man made my burrito cause the food is already premade. Don’t know how long it’s been sitting there so this man made my burrito and then popped it in the microwave. mind you when you put any type of steak in the microwave it makes it more grizzly but . I could did that myself so just because I’m black my money is green But that seems like it doesn’t matter so I will no longer ever come to this one And let me just add the reason why you only had two Customers at your facility because most of them half of them are in Popeyes line Getting some fried chicken but...

Do not come here food or service it is not good!! Drive 5 minutes and go to Rancheritas Mexican Grill on Lancaster Blvd & Central Valley Way, that place is really good and way better meat selection, beans and rice! Customer service is horrible, ordered a specific thing the lady at the register told the chef the order correctly but the chef cooked it wrong and because I touched it they would not give me my money back nor would they replace it! When I opened up my over easy eggs the eggs were burned and the yolk was hard rock, I asked for over easy!I told the lady I wanted my yolk runny! I ask them for the managers phone number they gave me the wrong number, horrible service!! Then she stands there and stares at me and does nothing!! I will never come back here again!! The only reason I came here knowing that the food is not the best is because I wanted beans and everything else I like is closed on Mondays and did not want fast food! Please don't come here they're asada is not even good, and the birria tasted funky!! There's a reason why they have three stars, it should be less!! Go somewhere else!!
