First time going! I ordered 2- smothered chicken dinners with two sides.

Not bad but could use some improvement such as: collards were too salty with pork🤮 gravy too thick, and thicker with the battered fried chicken which made it pasty. Chicken was red at the bone, and a little rubbery even the flats. Rice overcooked, pasty. Pleas remove all feathers from the chicken. Maybe a dinner roll or cornbread with the dinner. Productive criticism. Will try again at a later time🙏🏽for improvement.
