Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lansing

Horrible experience never ever coming back to this location.. initially I was super.pumped and excited to find a new DD near MSU campus .since.i haven't been to a Dunkin since I moved from Chicago 2 yrs ago.. DD is not as accessible as Starbucks near campus..so first I get there..me and my mom went in and I was taking time to decide what I want as I've stated I haven't been thr in so.long...the cashier kept rushing me acting sarcastic and I straight up.told her I need time to decide!!! So she went on ahead with the guy behind me..and then once he was done I was asking her like THE MOST BASIC BARISTA QUESTIONS..LIKE DIFFERENCE BTW ICED COFFEE AND THEIR NEW ICED SIGNATURE LATTES..THE NEW FLAVORS OF REG ICED COFFEE THEY HAVE..N THEN SUDDENLY SHE TURNED AROUND.SAID.SOMETHING TO HER COWORKER N LET HER TAKE OVER..LIKE WTH...WORKING THR U SHOULD KNOW THE BASICS..THE NEXT.EMPLOYEE WHO.TOOK MY.ORDER ALSO SEEMED LOST & NEW AT THT POIN I LOST MY PATIENCE N JUST WANTED TO GET OUTTA THRNN SO ORDERED N WAITED...MY SIGNATURE CARAMEL CRAZE LATTE WAS DISGUSTING & terrible!!! It semlled & TASTED SPOILEDDDDD NEVER GETTINT THT AGAIN MY MOMS FROzen coffee was ridiculously Sweet like beyond normal level.ofnsweet...n the sausage wraps I ordered were terrible on one of them they put a quarter piece.of.sausage.inst.ofnfillin half the wrap with the party.i know thts not how it looks FRM other DD I've been to..n their new sausage scramble is ridiculously expensive for the quantity u get..come on now $5?? For like a kid size cup??? Never getting tht again either .. OVER ALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...GET WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY SHOW.SOME RESPECT & HAVE GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS..& ARE HELPFUL NOT ONES THT ARE FUSSY,RUDE,& HATE THEIR JOB!! WHICH IS WHAT I CLEARLY SAW TDY!!! CONCLUSION; GO TO ANY OTHER DD EXCEPT THIS ONE.... horrible.experienE MADE ALL.MY EXCITEMENT GO DOWN THE DRAIN!! WILL NEVER COME BK..IF I HAVE THE OPTION I WOULD GIVE THIA DD -------...

UPDATE *AVOID THIS DUNKIN IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU

THIS IS IN FACT THE WORST DUNKIN AROUND. 0 OUT OF 5. I TRULY DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN. I'VE AVOIDED THIS DUNKIN THE PLAGUE, BUT SOMEHOW I PLAYED MYSELF THIS MORNING.

THEY LITERALLY SERVED ME A COLD CROISSANT STUFFER (like I had to heat it up at home) and of course I didn't notice until I got home. Half assed cold brew with half assed cold foam. Called the restaurant multiple times, but nobody answers. I tried to make a complaint with corporate and I'm told to wait two business days before they can reach back out to me.

Every single time I decide to give this store another shot they never cease to be disappointing. From long drive thru waits (20 min plus), espresso machine broken (happens I know), waiting in line for them to tell you the computer is down (instead of letting your customers know right away), rude employees...

But the icing on the cake today. After another long drive thru wait, ordered 2 identical drinks; medium iced mochas with extra espresso. After paying then waiting another 15 min for my drinks (I would've left if I hadn't paid). One is the color of just milk, the other is a watery mocha, with the flavor clearly not stirred in and definitely no extra espresso in either drinks, debatable if any at all. I'll post a pic if I can. I tried to call (since I was in a hurry) to speak to someone about this and ask for a refund but no answer. Alas, a terrible Google review will have to do for now. $11 for 2 messed up drinks and a waste of...

I recently (last week), went to this Dunkin location on Saginaw Hwy last week & to my surprise, the doors were locked. I was going in for a large order but another place got my business as the will continue to get. I also believe everyone who has an issue with this place should called corporate headquarters & let them hear your voice. Also, call the Better Business Bureau & let them know about Dunkin on Saginaw Hwy in Lansing, shuts it's doors during business hours. Call the Michigan Health Department to complain about your food. I'm sure they don't check their temperatures nor wash their hands. Lansing Residents, Stop Spending Your Hard Earn Money At An Establishment That Clearly Doesn't Deserve It & By The Looks Of It They Don't Want Your Money. You Know, With Closed Doors & All. Why would they think people are going to be waiting in line behind 20 cars to get Donuts? Not, they don't want your business & the owner doesn't care enough to take action, so stop buying from Dunkin on Saginaw Hwy in Lansing Michigan. They are the worst business in Lansing. 👎Dunkin obviously doesn't want your business. Try these great establishments with excellent baked goods & great customer service. ● Groovy Donuts 🍩 😋 ● Q.D. 🍩 😋 ● Mtten Raised 🍩 😋 ● Big Apple Bagels. 🍎 🥯 😋
