I am just so surprised someone that rude could possibly be considered for a management position. We had ordered 2 small pizzas online with a 60 minute delivery wait. After an hour and a half, we finally called to see what was going on. Apparently, they were short staffed and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the woman who claimed to be the manager was completely rude on the phone. After asking what had happened and clearly being annoyed by our food being so late, she hung up. You do not hang up on a customer. My boyfriend called back to be hung up on a second time, after being sternly told (some would call it yelling) that our order was cancelled. Now I am fine with a cancelled order, especially after finding out it hadn't even been placed in the oven yet and that we should expect another hour wait minimum, but again, the quality of the service was anything but friendly. After hearing both conversations I decided to call for a third time, to simply ask for the manager's name and state that I would be in contact with the owner as well as corporate HR about the behavior. After asking for her name, she replied that she felt she was being threatened and would not give it out. I then explained that's alright, I can simply call when the owner is available and tell him about the manager on duty on Sunday May 1st. Simple as that. She then told me she would be black-listing my number immediately so that I could never call again. I am not one to complain about food service unless it's really bad and this was really bad. Even with being short staffed, you do not treat a customer the way this women treated the both of us. So to re-cap an hour and a half wait, 2 hang-ups, quite a bit of yelling and insults from the manager and I now cannot speak with her employer because she doesn't want me to. Read moreI ordered a pizza and their cheesy bread. One of them was Triple cheese and pepperoni, and the cheesy bread was just the cheese bread with all of the cheeses. The mess began with my delivery driver. She was insanely late to start with, but she also refused to walk up the stairs of my apartment to give me the pizza. So she waits at the base of my apartment for around 10 minutes EXPECTING me to magically know she was there and to come down. Eventually she calls my cell number, and informs me of the pizza. I don't tip her anything because of the bad service, and she gave me a very cold look despite having completely inconvenienced me solely due to her own laziness. I get back up to my apartment, and I see that they did not give me the right pizza. There was only 2x cheese on my pizza, not triple, and there wasn't any pepperoni either. The cheesy bread was also incorrect. They only gave me a single cheese despite charging me for all of the cheeses. Not to mention for whatever reason both of them were dry, and had gone cold because of the long time I had to wait to get them. Read moreI've ordered here many times. This place does NOT care about your order. Everything is an express assembly line to pump out pizzas as fast as possible. Every time is asked for a pizza I've ordered it well done in the options. I also even used the special instructions tab at the end of the order to specify how well done I want my order to be. Only 1 time have I received my order the way it was suppose to be. Most of the time I get a soft, under cooked, doughy mess. Just ordered my last pizza here. Sad I wasted tons of money on this place.
Edit: Whoever replies to this, don't reply a generic copy paste response. It shows that you're a terrible representative of the company. Copying and pasting responses is just lazy and means you don't care.
