Subway — Restaurant in Lansing

If I could give zero stars I would. It wasn't the employees fault. The employee was left by himself on his second week. He was outside when I got there and there was people inside waiting for at least 10min to get their food. When I got there our food was supposed to be ready. We waited an additional hour to get our food. He picked receipts up off the floor to look at them, he didn't follow the instructions on the receipt. I even went as far as to tell him what should be on the food so he didn't have to look at the reciept and he still got it wrong. The bread was stale because he was out of everything he needed. The buzzer was going off constantly because he had online orders that kept coming in and no one to help him. My husband came in to ask what was taking so long and the employee gave me attitude and started yelling at me because my husband asked a single question. I may NEVER go back to...

Ok my husband and I love subway lunch and have been going at less one a week . Iam not one to complain about anything really but I've miss the old crew that works at subway befor these new Foreigners taken over not that I'm racist or anything but. There a big difference.... there no longer set-up when we go in for are subs. Ovens not trun on and Heat it up . No Utensils , line not set-up and Properly stocked up... bread not fresh.. woker are nice but very slow Very quiet don't speak English well... we wait 30 minutes for a footlong Cali club in pepperoni pizza because there not Prepared. I have been here 2 times lately. 1st time 3 employees working. The lady helping me had a male coworker talking to her, then she was talking to someone on her I phone watch. Took over 20 minutes to get a sub. Today the same man was the only 1 there. He was making subs, he kept looking at the paper receipt he had as he was making subs. Never acknowledged the customer in front of me or myself. The customer in front of me left. After employee made 2 subs, he looked at me and said "I have 1 more sandwich to make then I can help you". I told emplyee this is the 2nd time I have been disappointed and I will NOT be back....
