This place was once a good Thai restaurant. I ate there 4 years ago, but today it was very disappointing. First the Thai buffet was nothing more than a Chinese buffet as there was only one Thai dish and none of the the Thai dishes they had listed were being served in the buffet. The butterfly cookies were soggy. I ordered papaya salad and it was Ok, but only barely so. The dish tasted like they used regular sugar instead of palm sugar and there was hardly any garlic in the dish. Also they added cashews instead of the usual roasted crushed peanuts. It should be noted that they also did not use any small dried shrimp in the papaya salad. Is very unfortunate that this place has gone downhill and if you know Thai food you will be very disappointed. I really do not understand how it has such a high rating other than the people making those ratings have never really eaten any good Thai food. I guess it is similar to the old saying what you don't know you don't know and it is obvious the people that gave this place such a high ratings have never really eaten...

Review left in 2022 -Great Thai....highly recommended! (Gave service 5 stars at that time)

Review left 5.21.24 - We arrived at 2:30 pm for lunch and the owner looked at her watch and said we close at 3pm.. basically saying we are not welcome to eat here...hence we left, dumbfounded. We can usually get in out easily in 30 minutes. I was a waiter for over 10 years and currently own and operate a small business in the hospitality industry and would never treat a potential client in this manner.

We will likely not come back, which is a shame, as they are one of better restaurants in greater Laramie.

To the owner: know your industry and know how to treat customers.

To future customers: I guess arrive at least an hour prior to closing time if you want to eat at this...

Inconvenient hours. Why close from 3pm to 5pm? I am typically home by 5 and it would be nice if I could order takeout before that time. If you try and call after 2:20 they don’t answer the phone. Because of this one inconvenience I usually end up ordering from somewhere else. They don’t care, they don’t want that 2:20 to 5pm money.**EDIT so, it turns out that the reason they didn’t answer is because several employees are under quarantine do to COVID-19 according to their voicemail. I just can’t help but think of all the inconsiderate people who have been pretending that this isn’t an issue, and are dragging everyone down by being selfish, not masking up, and refusing to get the vaccine, it’s your fault. You know...

Really solid Thai food, large portions, good prices. I’ve been here a couple of times whenever I’m in Laramie and I always look forward to eating here. I’ve had the green curry and the noodle curry in the past as well and they’re both delicious. The glass noodles this time were fantastic too, properly spicy as well. Worth mentioning that there’s a lunch buffet available too for about $15, but the section is small and the refills at the buffet seemed on the slow side. I’d recommend going earlier if you want the buffet.

Drop in anytime for a very serviceable buffet lunch. There are lots of tasty options, but arriving early might guarantee that the options are at their freshest. There’s a full menu, too. The chicken satay was tasty and well cooked. The summer rolls have very nice flavor but the huge piece of tofu is a little difficult to eat. The small dish of hot and sour soup that came with my lunch was absolutely delicious! The dining room is comfortable and the service is very friendly.

I tried Nam Tokat at Anong's, which is marinated grilled steak served over lettuce with a side of rice. The steak was grilled medium rare and was juicy, flavourful and tender. I think it could have been much better but the flavor of the marinade overpowered the flavor of the grilled beef. Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to trying something else on their menu the next time I'm back in town.
