One of the employees definitely does not represent the Christian values that represent Chick-fil-A. I will be calling and writing an email to corporate office.

Employee Ms. Carmen (older lady that only speaks Spanish) was forceful with her words. She approached my children and demanded for them to move from the table in which they had been sitting for about 15 minutes. Ms. Carmen stated that the table was reserved for someone else. She sarcastically commented if my children were blind, "can't they see that it's taken!" Please, be informed there were no food items on table nor a reserved sign to state otherwise. I couldn't believe what she had just expressed. I told her that nobody was sitting there, therefore, we took the table since it was packed. She wouldn't move and began to say some disrespectful words in Spanish. I approached Shift manager Missiael Luna and she said that she would speak with her, but at the moment she was busy. She then stated that Ms. CARMEN told her a different story; that she was not reserving the table for anyone. Which was definitely a totally different version of what had occurred. I am very disappointed with the manner as to how this unfortunate situation was mishandled. There was no apology, no reprimand, no corrective action taken or applied. Ms. Carmen definitely does not represent the Christian values instilled in the foundation of Chick-fil-A. My time with my family was ruined due to Ms Carmen rudeness and poor customer service skills.

Read moreSo, I’ve came to this location multiple times & they’ve ALWAYS miss something in the order, wether is condiments, utensils, fries or ingredients to my salad.
I’m a very patient person & it takes A LOT for me to write a negative review, and despite that, I have always gone back cause of the Chick-fil-A reputation and because its a “new” location.
However, I’m sad to say, I can’t even convince myself to come back because they SOMEHOW just get worse every time.
Today, I placed my mobile detailed order for my family, the market salad without “blue cheese & chicken” because I’m vegan & my sister’s without beans and tomatoes.
Well, I pull up to the drive thru and was told that my order couldn’t be completed because they couldn’t take off the blue cheese, beans or tomatoes & they couldn’t do anything about it.
This is the first time, that has ever happened to me out of all the locations I’ve ever been too & I travel A LOT.
I have also tried taking off the blue cheese in the past when they have messed up my order, but the blue cheese sticks to the lettuce and the blue cheese taste penetrates the salad; that I have just thrown it away and I hate wasting food. My sister picked it out her salad & I just got my money back for the market salad.
I was extremely upset because I couldn’t just pick out the cheese & idk if they were just lazy, if they had the salads counted or if they just didn’t have anymore salads because they HAVE ran out of ingredients before on this location.

This horrible experience happened on Oct. 16 of 2022, then lastnight on February 10 of 2023 again I had another similar situation where food was missing from my paid order. (2022 order)My order was wrong. I was missing 2 sandwiches and a salad. (2022 order) I was missing 2 fries and a bowl of soup. I asked for extra mayo and ketchup and was told i could only get 2 packets per combo meal. When I got home and called and spoke to a manager (Robert) he was very rude and was not courteous at all. He told me all he could do was to replace the items that were missing. I live on the other side of town, I said to him and he said in a condescending manner sssoooooo, you dont want anything then?
