Apparently the cashiers there do not understand English nor Spanish because I had ordered a three-piece meal and they put it spicy instead of mild also I specifically told the cashier to put two thighs and one leg she ended up putting a breast, a wing and a leg among other details they screwed up on my other two 3 piece meals and its not the first time I've had a bad experience in this location there's been other occasions where I put an order through the drive-thru and you have to literally scream at the speaker in order for them to understand you what you're saying it's come to a point where I have to stop talking through the speaker and just go through the drive-thru directly or just get down and then they take long with the order either in the dine in or drive thru some cashiers are rude when they speak to you they speak with a agitated tone and like I say even if you speak English or Spanish they do not understand you at all maybe next time I'll probably speak Chinese to them that way they can understand me if i ever do go back cuz frankly im having second thoughts i highly don't recommend this location at all its sad cuz I'm live close by now im gonna have to drive to the one in saunders just to get better...
Read moreAugust 15 2022 ASTONISHED! Supervisor on duty yelling at cook for making a mistake. Can't believe that a Supervisor has that confidence to be disrespectful to customers too! We customers are not there to interupt your life, to steal your time, or to get food for free. We are there to enjoy Popeye's! Nowadays not knowing how people's sensitivity is, if you are welcomed in there, be prepared to run---just in case!
Previous Review Some of the food being served is not fresh. It seems that some of the food is being kept on the open for too long. The chicken tenders are not tender anymore; they are too hard and harsh on the mouth when chewed. As I chewed a tender it hurt several spots in the mouth that left me bleeding some. On other occasions this restaurant waters down the beans so much and leaves them without any flavor. The chicken, it seems, is refried again for a second time and served dehydrated. What's happening, I have brought this to the attention of supervisor personnel and they don't seem to care.

Read moreHorrible! Went through the drive thru and placed order, was told to park, waited for 28 minutes for 1 sandwich, mild tenders meal, mash potatoes and 6 biscuits. Came home to realize the tenders were spicy and the mash potatoes and biscuits weren’t in the order. Drove back and waited 10 minutes for the order they forgot. Came home to realize they didn’t give me the mash potatoes. It was gravy. I called 23 times until they answered. I told them the situation and manager asked to go to the store to show him and get a refund. I went back and when I got down with my receipt and gravy there was 2 other people in the counter complaining about their orders. One lady stating it was her third time back and her order was wrong and her chicken was raw. Another guy complaining he’s been waiting for over 30 minutes for 1 sandwich.
