Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Laredo

this is the second time coming to this place, i overlooked it the first time because I thought the girl that was at the register was probably having a bad day, but today was the same BAD AND RUDE SERVICE. I had asked for it to be fresh and the girl at register legit said "WE DONT DO SPECIAL ORDERS" like how is that a special order? it's a request to have it freshly made because last time the chicken and rice was really bad, like it had been there for a while. Well today, we experienced the same kind of treatment and food. The chicken was dry, and greasy and the fries were extremely soggy. I hate complaining but if they don't like they're job, then why are they there, leave your problems at home. Anyways if I ever go there again I will have to say something because how can it happen frequently, a manager at Chick-fil-A would have put a stop to that type of attitude. It all starts with management. ‍ I actually give this place a .5 star but the least you can put is 1 star. I usually visit Long John's often. It is one of my favorites but this time around I was disappointed. I had noticed that now they had been serving the smaller fish (kids meal fish) for a while now. Well I went in today through the drive thru nothing out of the ordinary. Manager was handling drive thru, I know cause I come here often. I order the platter 2 fish and 3 chicken. Well I didn't check my order till I get home and I get 4 chicken and 1 baby fish. I felt disappointed because I would expect a better job coming from the manager. Overall...

With the Lenten season upon us, last Friday I drove thru to order food, and the line was very long. By long, I mean curving close to Longhorn Steakhouse.

Excellent service ALWAYS...no matter how rushed they are nor how long the line is. Order was exactly what I wanted. Sticker at window indicates extra condiments would have extra charge. When i asked the gentleman at the window to charge me for extra cocktail sauce, he gave me extra for free!!!
