Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laredo

The crust on the bottom was soft and squishy. I've ordered this type of pizza maybe 20 times with extra cheese and multiple toppings and specifically asked it to be well done, according to them it was put in another 8 minutes. They took no responsibility and it was my fault apparently. Even with minimal toppings I've noticed the bottom crust being a nice darker brown and having some crunch to it without having to order the thin crust, this was just poorly done and they were completely useless on the phone unable to take any responsibility for it. I think the photos speak for themselves. Clearly this was not put in an extra 8 minutes or properly cooked especially on the bottom crust. If I had not asked for it to be well done this would still be under done. I am seriously angry about this as you see it went in the garbage after i barely finished one slice and that was a 40 USD...

Michelle gives us the best service at San Bernardo location. She made our pizza and wings exactly how we asked for it. She is highly recommended. Ask for her. Now this looks like a commercial ad pizza but this was our pizza. Ofc every topping is extra, this is not in their menu but I love that when we told her what we wanted she did not tell us that it was going to be extra because that is common sense. Every extra topping has a cost and we don't mind paying extra to get exactly what we ask for. The time and work put into this and making it an unforgettable experience for us with her great attitude and great customer service does not have a price for us. I walked in and i saw a few tables that still needed to be cleaned but as soon as i sat down i waited no more than 5 minutes and got greeted by a waitress and gave me a menu and also offered me if i wanted to get a drink. I took about 5 more minutes into looking at the menu and then she took my order and it took no more than 10 minutes for it to be ready. The place did go from 4 or 5 families to the restaurant getting full and it became very loud and noisy that was the 2nd thing i did not like. Overall experience the waitress made sure i always had something to drink and asked if i needed anything else.service is great but...
